"I ordered a bluetooth mouse on February 9th with USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping. It has been 8 days and I still have not received the order. Shipping is much slower than what they claim on their site.
Update: It took over 5 business days, counting for the holiday, for the mouse to arrive. Thrifty Computer reimbursed me for the shipping costs since it took so long."
"Ordered a Motorola V3 mobile on 11 Jan, and had only one shipping option of 2-day USPS priority at a cost of $8. Believing they would ship overnight or 2-day, factoring in an extra day for processing, this product was not received until 6 days later, with a FIRST CLASS (not PRIORITY) shipping label for $2.99. I think this is a deceptive practice, and I will be taking this up with my credit card company for a chargeback unless Thrifty comes clean and refunds this "profit margin". Also, the unit had a non-Motorola battery cover and the battery appears used."

I should have listened to the reviews that warned me about this merchant. I received 2 defective wireless mice and cannot get a response from merchant after sending multiple emails. Filed a claim with paypal...merchant still does not respond. I can't believe the total lack of customer service or response"
"I received my product and it did not work, so I called and e-mailed the company to return the product. That was a hassle in and of itself, but the owner finally stepped in and said that he would pay for my shipping.
After it was received, I was subsequently told that the product was no longer for sale. They refunded me for the original purchase, but they did not refund me for the shipping. If I had known that they did not have the product, I would have never returned the defective product and would have just received a refund.
After calling multiple times and being told that I was going to get a refund (which I didn't), the owner finally responded and refunded the shipping amount. Now, all my money has been returned, but I still don't have a bluetooth!!"
