I placed an order on January 16th, sent an email regarding the status of my order on the 20th of January to find that it had not shipped yet. Called on the 22nd of January to get an update. The person who answered the phone said that he would "check in to it" and that he would call me back. Waited a couple of hours, no call back. I called them several times only to find that I was being sent straight to voicemail. Still no call back. Still no product. Still no refund of my $300. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I think they are trying hard, but have some issues with inventory, shipping, and customer service. They seem to be working hard at improving."
