"This site masquerades as a valid ticket seller. What they do is re-sell tickets at more than double the price. You cannot get in touch with them if you need to reschedule. Contact and purchase thru box offices and you will be able to reschedule, cancel and receive refunds. THIS place, you're outa luck. "
"Tickets purchase was easy. Absolutely no flexibility given Covid. Buy from venue. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE."
"Always go through Ticketmaster and never go through this site! "
"This site advertises quick sales that seem to be legit, but in fact the price I paid was 4x what you could get directly from the venue box office. Now, I am unable to attend because my wife is pregnant and doctor has advised to avoid large crowds during this time. The venue itself has a flexible ticket policy which I researched prior to purchasing tickets. Because I failed to realize this was a third party reseller I was unaware they wouldn't honor the same flexible ticket policy. I am now out a considerable amount of money and the customer service rep said there was nothing they could do. Their customer service makes it very challenging to speak with anyone except for live chats. I've now placed a complaint with BBB in attempt to get a refund, adjustment to fair and reasonable price and I'll donate the tickets, or an exchange to a future event we can attend."
"ILLEGITAMATE
"I ordered ticket through this company for a basketball game, I received the email with an error links , I have reached out to this company in every way possible and have not have any luck getting a response. They are a well organized scam, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY""
"Do not buy from this company. They resell tickets at five times the price and will not send you a refund. I bought tickets through them for $250 and found out my friend bought tickets to the same show from the venue for $90. I figured I would cut my loss but then the show was rescheduled several times from April 2020 to September 2022. The only advice they gave was to resell the tickets online, even though scalping tickets is illegal in my country. After more research, the company looks like a total fraud - don't get fooled by their website like I did! "
"This seller is a joke of an operation. They regularly take payment for tickets that they have not verified they have access to then try to rope you into accepting worse tickets for the same price. It's bait and switch, plain and simple. They don't allow you to speak to supervisors because they know their business model stinks something fierce. Don't become the next victim, avoid at all costs."
"I bought tickets with this service and not only did tickets-center transfer my tickets to an unknown source, but the unknown source actually accepted my tickets. NOTE: They DO NOT issue refunds for any reason other than the event being cancelled. They never transferred the tickets to the proper seller because I called the intended seller (Texas Tech University), and they never received a transfer from tickets-center. The tickets-center customer service appeared to be comprised of people that cared about the issue, but their utter inability to re-transfer my tickets or give me a refund was quite suspicious. The experience with tickets-center was absolutely horrible and now I'm in hold with my bank so I can hopefully dispute the charge. Otherwise, tickets-center just stole money from me. Thanks for nothing."
"I was looking to get tickets for the Alton Brown Live show in Minneapolis, but discovered that the show was playing at the same time in Cleveland. I messaged his tour site and was told he had already played Minneapolis, the tickets they're selling are worthless! "
"Tickets-center.com appears prominently in Google ads as if it were the official site venue. But tickets are about 2x the price of the official venue site. Official venue is not a paid Google advertiser so Google lists them on the search page far below Tickets-center and other grossly overpriced ticket sellers.
Lots of urgency in the Ticket-center.com pages about tickets selling out. Easy to get misled that this is the real price the event is going for. I put in a complaint to Google that their search page misleads people about where to buy tickets."
"Rip Off! Caveat Emptor!!"
"These people are TERRIBLE to work with. I only wish I had done some research first. You cannot get in touch with anyone. After I ordered the tickets, they never notified me of the shipping date. A week before the event I still had not heard anything. I called and emailed several times with no success. When you call there is no one available and they tell you to email them. Which I did several times but no response. After several chat attempts I finally reached someone two days before the event only to find out that they were sitting at a CVS around the corner from my house, which is a UPS Access Point! They never notified me in the order that this is how they would be delivered and if I had not spent so much time trying to reach them I would never have received my tickets."
"I ordered ticket through this company for a college basketball game, I received the tickets but upon arriving at the venue, I was denied entry. All three tickets were invalid, and did not exist in the venues system. I have reached out to this company in every way possible and have not have any luck getting a response. They are a well organized scam, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
"bait switch company w/ over priced fees and no way customer service "
"Purchased tickets to a basketball game. Got them later in the day so customer was closed, but never received the tickets. Just a bunch of emails from them saying to keep an eye on my spam and junk for a third party email. Never ever got the email. I checked everything. Call them. Got David G, senior customer service kept me on hold for over 10 mins just to tell me I’m out of luck and the email was sent. Worst company. Worst customer service. Don’t do it. Might work out for you here or there but it’s not worth the risk. Bought tickets from them last year and I didn’t get them emailed to me until 30 mins before the event. "
