I had my little one in my lap when looking to buy tickets & he managed to hit the purchase/submit button before I could cancel my order after seeing all the additional charges they were charging us. (Learned my lesson to not shop with him in arms reach.) I simply requested right away for my order to be canceled, but could not do it through live chat because my event was not in the next couple days so I had to send an email. Mario was very unprofessional with his response to my email. It was as if he was threatening me because I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Here is the 1st paragraph of his response, “It is your right as a consumer to seek the means you deem necessary. However, I do want to make you aware that disputing the charge is not guaranteed to end in your favor. Disputing is a process that can take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. The bank will contact us in regard to the dispute and your order, at which point we will respond with our Terms and Conditions and where they were agreed to. As well as any information regarding your specific order.”
Don’t buy from Ticket-Center it is a waste of money ($31+ service fee PER TICKET not including delivery fee even though it is electronic) & time if there are any issues. I still don’t have my tickets even though they say they have been delivered. But they won’t cancel my order or refund my money. You can find tickets elsewhere for way cheaper."

"Ticket-Center.com is a 3rd party vender. Purchased 8 Tickets, $1000, in 10/2019 and it was canceled 2x due to covid. Tickets were not transferred and was unable to attend event. Several calls were placed in effort to receive electronic of transfer. 30-60 min wait times for an agent.
Several agents attempted to help but ended in them saying you were receive an email with your ticket transfer and the link they sent would not work. Required me to call back and start all over with a new agent. When calls were dropped, their agents say they have no access to make outgoing calls and I had to call back and start over from scratch. Agents follow a script in their protocol and when I tried explaining where I had previously left off, I can to repeat all previous steps to follow problem solving. Drove to the event with agents on phone, trying to get transfer links to work, unsuccessful. They promise 100% guarantee and I did not get my money back."

"I have only given 1 star because zero stars wasn't an option. I attempted to purchase tickets to an event and was under the impression they would be transferred over shortly afterwards. I didn't receive the transfer so I attempted to reach out to them with questions and to get updates both via email and phone calls. They would not allow me to get through on the phone, they kept directing me to email the site. I emailed a couple times without response. They also will only let you email through their site, not through your own email account so you can keep paper trails (another red flag) I would receive a customer survey the next day asking if they had resolved any issues. Clearly they received the emails, they chose not to respond. I fully believe I've been scammed for a significant amount of money. The 3 tickets purchased were not cheap the were over 1K. Not to mention the experience has been disappointing because the tickets were supposed to be a gift to my daughter. When I first tried to purchase the tickets on my Amex card, American Express wouldn't process the order saying it was fraud. I should have taken that as a HUGE red flag, but was under the stress of timing out on getting the popular tickets so I used my Mastercard instead and the charge went through. Now I am having to dispute the charge as the company is completely nonresponsive and I do not have the transfer of the tickets. Save yourself the hardship, find another source to work with. Do not get scammed."
