Mav saved the day!

"I was really upset after my concert was cancelled due to covid. I could not figure out how to book a new concert. Luckily I spoke with Mav and she went above and beyond to help me. I got tickets to a new show and she answered all of my questions. "

They refused to send me the tickets even though my credit card company paid them

"I opened a dispute because they weren't going to send me the tickets until well after I could dispute it with my credit card company and 90 after they went on sale. They acknowledged they got paid but said because I open a dispute and it was still open, which my credit card company confirmed was a lie, they would not be sending the tickets. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. "

Ray is the best

"You guys extremely Pleasant to deal with especially Ray I had a credit for like a year. I have gotten covid really bad and gave me lung damage. I will never be the same. But my credit actually was expired and you guys with Rays help actually honored it except for that I am grateful and will definitely use you again"

Disappointment at its best!! Especially during a Pandemic!!

""Purchased tickets in 2019 for a show that was supposed to happen in 2020. Of course which was postponed several times due to Covid and eventually they cancelled in 2021. Over $450 for 2 tickets and all they did was offer credit which will never be used. As many jobs were lost and being able to have that extra monies would have been helpful but the big guy in his big chair doesn't care about the little people. Airlines are even reimbursing their clients just to ensure that have customers coming back. Full refunds (I was one that received it). Please do NOT purchase from this site. Next step is taking this to the media just like customers did that were dealing with Ticketmaster and they were given full refunds. Ridiculous!!! Oh yes and calling. Best of luck to you unless they are taking your money. Any other reason, you get the run around!!""

Hamilton tickets did not arrive on time- refused refund

"Purchased tickets on Dec 21, 2019 for Hamilton for $954.95 in Atlanta originally on April 7, 2020- after multiple reschedules, was going to attend on 8-31-2021 at 7:30 PM EST. Seller attempted to deliver tickets on 8-13-2021, but had a 48 hr window to accept and due to travel I did not accept in time.

So, I began to call, email and online chat with Tickets-Center.com. They guaranteed that the tickets would arrive, and (even though never disclosed to the buyer) said they had an internal policy that the sellers could deliver the tickets up to 2 hours before the time of the event. Only after calling Tickets-Cetner.com within the 2 hour window missed by the seller, did the seller try to send the tickets at 6:18 PM EST, 1:12 minutes before the start of the event and missing the stated internal policy of Tickets-Center.com....they refused to give me a refund and said they had no responsibility, even after guaranteeing the tickets would arrive.

They tried to ask me to accept the tickets that were sent and tried to say the tickets were delivered. I asked the agent to re-state the policy I had been told multiple times about the two hour window, and asked what happens if the seller does not make the two hour window....NO response and no admitting that they did not even meet their own internal policy with the seller- instead, it is OK for Tickets-Center.com and the "Seller" to steal my $954.95.

Brazen theft

"Had a momentary lapse... thought I was buying from the venue but was buying from a re-seller, and, as it turns out, a re-seller whose business model seems to be blatant and brazen grift. My paying a ridiculously high price was my bad. But then the tickets never arrived. I checked the UPS tracking number. It said "we have started an investigation to find this package." I then chatted UPS and they said the investigation was closed because the shipper had not provided enough information for UPS to conduct the investigation. I called Tickets-Center.com three times. The first time, three days before the event, they said they'd re-send the tickets and that I should be on the lookout for an email confirming delivery. That email never arrived. The second time, the day before the event, they said they would send the tickets electronically. No email ever arrived. The third time, the morning of the event, I called and the rep told me "don't worry, you'll get your tickets." Well, I never got my tickets. They may as well just have robbed me a gunpoint. Next step: contact credit card company and request refund due to non-delivery of goods."

Buyer beware

"I bought tickets in a hurry to see Garth Brooks because it was about to sell out. It was a gift for my spouse. Then COVID happened. We have been patient and through 5 different reschedules over 2 years. I contacted Tickets-Center customer service and was assured the concert would happen and if it was cancelled I would get a refund. Concert was cancelled 3 weeks after that phone call. Waited for an email confirming the details. Waited over a week for an email only to find out that I would be receiving a credit towards other tickets and not a refund. Shame on me for falling for their scam. But in the light of Covid and all other businesses making exceptions, shame on this company. I tried to call them, the automated response would not take my call as soon as I out in I was calling about this specific concert. I tried chat. Again they would not talk to me. I emailed their customer service. Over a week later and no response. Got a survey asking about my customer service via email. I filled it out. Still nothing. I emailed them again. I plan on calling them again without letting them know what concert I’m calling about to see if I can talk to a real human. Don’t really have any hopes of ever seeing my money again but I am pretty stubborn and have plans to try a few things. "

What A Joke

"This company is an absolute fraud. First they pose as a the teams actual website selling tickets, then they sell tickets to a minor league ball game for 3 times the amount of the ticket. These tickets are not even in high demand. You can walk up day of and buy one for 25 but for some reason they think they can get 75 a ticket. All that being said my bad for making the mistake of buying the tickets through them in the first place. So I go to the game and gets rained out after 4 outs to be rescheduled the next day, only to be rained out again. Here is the kicker, they still wont refund you for the ticket even thought the even was flat out CANCELLED twice. what a joke. If you try to speak to someone on the phone they ask you to enter the invoice # and then a recording says this event has been cancelled and it hangs up. "
