Call them and the frustration begins, automated text chat that won’t acknowledge information provided, dropped calls, transferred calls to dead ends, messages that drop, even the bad connection with thick accent trick. It would be a great SNL skit. I’m warning anyone who might use The Ticket center to try ANYONE else!"

"Ordered tickets for an Event and they sent me the tickets. Arrived to the site and when I went to get the tickets scanned they had already been scanned. They sold the tickets twice and when told they did nothing. The number to call them letting them know that there was an issue was buried in the "Purchase Agreement" where unless you print out the service agreement you will not see it, it is not anywhere customer facing like on the email attached to the tickets.
I will NEVER EVER utilize Tickets-Center.com ever again, because not only did I have to overpay, but then they did nothing despite the emails sent day of event moments after and numerous other emails, they completely ignored all correspondence. "
"They wouldn't extend my warranty on my store credit which was from a show that got cancelled during covid. They disregarded the fact in Canada it was not only not safe, but also illegal to go to a concert. I had to buy one right away. One day I could have payed $45 over my store credit. The next day I had to pay $172 over my store credit. Ridiculous. I had to wait a day because my store credit was frozen. It expired 2 week early! I'm disgusted, apauled and so angry with tickets centre!!!!"
"I got to the show and could not access my tickets. I tried everything and ended up buying more tickets and missing half the show. I have tried to reach the help places on the messages I received and cannot get anywhere with them. I am totally frustrated and not happy with the way things turned out. I like printed tickets that way I don't have to worry about them not showing up on the phone when you need them. Very unhappy and now broke."

" One star is too many. An easy online Feb 2020 ticket purchase led to canceled concert, which TC called postponed. Once canceled, TC changed their refund policy. With no refund, a credit was issued on canceled ticket. In attempt to use this credit, online TC site stated my voucher# to be invalid. Was impossible to reach customer service, throughout this time. With e-mail as last choice, I received no reply. Through another site, I finally obtained a third phone number for Ticket Center sales and called getting an answer (Now November 2021). The event I purchased (using credit) now had less seating available. I was told which row, but they could not tell me the seat number before purchase. Also, I was told this row was better than what I had been shopping for, but it is actually further back, in the mezzanine.
I have been stuck with no choice for refund, no customer service, confusing use of credit voucher and a less than desired seat for the next event. Though there are some credit dollars left over, I'll never purchase through Ticket Center again. "
"I purchased 2 tickets for Drew Holcomb, February 25 @ 8 pm in LA. But their website also lists the artist in Minneapolis on the same night same time. I did not catch the duplication until later. I checked the artist website and he is not in LA until March 5. I tried contacting the 800 number and could not talk to a live person. I submitted a complaint through email and have not heard from anyone. I even contacted the artist management to alert them this company is ripping off the fans! "
"I tried to use this service to buy football tickets. They offered a "ticket transfer". I followed the instructions and links EXACTLY as instructed, but could never locate any tickets, including through the USU ticket office where I had been directed. The ticket office denied ever working with this reselling service. I even installed their recommended app on my phone, but again nothing. Threatening legal action finally got the attention of a chat from their customer service, but after an hour nothing was resolved. I ended up buying football tickets at the game, then filing a state consumer complaint and contesting the charge with my credit card company. I BBB complaint was filed in Delaware, but Tickets-center refused to provide a refund. DO NOT use this service if you actually want to gain entry to a game."

"This site exists to steal money from the inexperienced Internet user. These people are thieves and predators. They have a website name that is virtually identical to one that is legitimate (TicketCenter.com), to purposely be deceptive. Before I realized it, I clicked PURCHASE and suddenly found I had bought 2 concert tickets for a show five months in the future, for $679.50!! The confirmation email advised me that (a) the seats I requested might OR might not be the ones I end up with and (b) I wouldn't be sent the tickets until as late as one hour before the performance!!!! I immediately (within 10 minutes) requested the transaction by cancelled and the company flat-out refused to honor my request. BEWARE of this site!"
"I purchased ticket from this outfit, (by mistake), however they said they would send be the link to get my tickets to download onto to my phone, BUT they never sent the ticket link. I waited on the phone for an hour, talked to someone, and they STILL did not sent the link! What a scam!"

impossible and trying to use the credit they issued was just as trying.when you need tickets to anything do not buy from these secondary scalpers but go straight to the venue and buy direct.after 6 months and dozens of phone calls and hours of wait time, my issue was finally resolved."
