SO I HAD TO BUY 2 MORE TICKETS. I TRY CALLING TICKET CENTER SAYING ALL REPRESENTATIVES WERE BUSY AND TO GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE # AND WILL SEND YOU A TEXT AND YOU CAN CHAT WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON!!! WELL THAT DIDNT HAPPEN NO ANSWERS NO REFUND SO IF YOU ARE THINKING OF PURCHASING ANY TICKETS HERE THINK AGAIN!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!! "

"I will never order thickets again from a site that doesn't display available seats. We know the theater and we know where we are comfortable. When we purchase at the box office or directly from the Hippodrome we can select not just row, but from available seats."

"Based on my experience, This company defrauds customer who use its services by selling tickets overpriced a lot and adding others excessive fees as services charges. When I received the tickets they where sell 138% over the original sales price. When I tried to call to Customer Service, I did it two times because they never answered my call the first time after waited 2 hours. The second time I waited one hour and a agent answered it, but the Customer Service Representative cut my call when she listened the main purpose of my call. The agent did not want to listen the issue of overpricing (138% over) plus other highest fees as services charges (55% of original ticket price). Definitely, I do not recommend these services to my friends or colleagues."

"Because I initially asked for cash refund and was denied, I decided to purchase 4 tickets to an upcoming game. The representative was not a follower of baseball and was trying to get me to purchase tickets I was not interested in. When we finally came to an agreement, about 30 minutes later, she was pushing me to spend the remainder of the refund on something else, which I was not prepared to do."
