"A concert I had booked tickets for through ticket-center was cancelled due to coronavirus. I was not refunded even though I had lost my job and pleaded for refund. Then a year later, I try to use the credit provided via the website but was given an error code. Used their live chat service with no success. Sent emails to their help email with no response. Finally called and was put on hold for half an hour and was finally able to successfully purchase new tickets with the code. Very frustrating process. Will not be using this site again! "

"I ordered tickets to a Brewers game and received confirmation of my purchase. I then received an e-mail saying the game had been canceled. Not only was the game not canceled but they were increasing attendance. I tried to use the Chat option as well as calling directly but ended up in an endless loop of prompts and recordings that got me nowhere. I finally called to say I was buying new tickets and got a live person, who seemed to help and then sent me right back to the recordings. I called a third time and was able to order new tickets but have yet to receive the refund from the earlier purchase (going on two weeks). This system is incredibly frustrating and unhelpful if you have a question or problem. It is extremely difficult to connect with a live person unless you intentionally say you're buying new tickets even if that's not the case. And the recorded messaging without allowing a prompt to speak to a live person is ridiculous. The live employees were pleasant to deal with but don't make up for the 45 minutes each I spent trying to reach one on three different occasions.
