"One star is one to many for these guys!!! My event was canceled due to Covid19, no money back and a credit which took me 3.5 month to get. There are nobody to talk to, only via chat and when you are asking the questions they don’t like or have an answer to, they disconnect. The credit that they issue has an expiration date of less then a year and if they are out of business tomorrow you are screwed. That’s a terrible terrible place to buy anything. It’s pure FRAUD!!!!!!! You will never ever see your money back and when you pay 150 dollars per ticket and then receive tickets that are actually worth 35 dollars that’s another surprise!"
"I thought I was doing business with ticket master, my stupid mistake. My concert has been rescheduled 3 times. Trying to call is a huge waste of time. The prompts run you in circles or send you to a dead end where you have to hang up and call again. They will not give a refund unless they deem the concert to be cancelled. I will do my best to never deal with them again. Terrible customer service. Should not be allowed to stay in business."

"Awful company. Purchased tickets to a Washington Nationals game in February that was set for April. The Nationals issues a refund policy in May and this company pretender in July they were still waiting on a policy update. The “customer service” rep then essentially threatened me when I said I was calling my Credit card company that credit chargebacks won’t work in my favor.
My game is now officially cancelled and they are offering credits instead of refunds as they “changed their policy” due to Covid. Game was cancelled and I want my full refund. Put in a complaint with the BBB and DE Attorney General. I recommend anyone else do the same."

"If there was a rating of 0-stars that would be my rating of this company. I purchased - or thought I did - tickets for a Minor League Baseball game which was cancelled due to COVID-19. Instead of a refund I received an e-mail stating that I would receive a 110% credit toward a future purchase. I called the 800 number and was told that a cash refund was not possible, even after I told the "lady" that I would gladly accept half of what I paid.

"This scam website sold concert tickets that were worth $100 at most for $420. I only bought the tickets because they were sold out from the original venue seller (Showare Access Center) and I knew I had little other chance to see the band (SuperM) live as they likely wouldn't be coming to America often. The site also has a countdown timer on the page where you input credit card info (30 seconds remaining until this seat will not be reserved if you do not finalize the purchase) to rush you into buying a ticket without reading the fine print. My friend got closer seats in the venue than I did for $100 (bought from the venue before they sold out). They also refuse to give refunds. A few hours later, Showare Access Center opened up ticket selling again. I highly regret ever visiting this Tickets-Center site."
"Like the rest of you, I purchased tickets and was refused a refund, even though at the time of purchase their policy was a full refund if the event was canceled. If this has happened to you, make sure you file a complaint with the BBB. If you don’t get a refund going that route, make sure to call your credit card company or bank. If you used PayPal, you can try disputing the charge, but you probably won’t have any luck. Just keep going. Call either the banking institution or credit card associated with your PayPal account. Read through these reviews and you will find someone who has a copy of the original cancellation terms and she will email it to you. "

"I had a concert cancelled and was not given a refund. When I asked for a refund they said i could only have store credit (that expires) and when asked where my money went, was told to store credit. When I asked for an explanation, they couldn’t give me one. When asked to talk with a supervisor, was told that i couldn’t talk with one. Terrible customer service!!! Terrible experience!!!! My show was cancelled. Where did my money go? I want a refund. There is nothing that I’m interested in going to or seeing on their website before my credit expires! I will never, ever use this company again. Do NOY buy tickets from them! Very unfair company. Do not buy from them. Do not, do not, do not buy from them. Save yourself a headache and money and go somewhere else. I have learned my lesson the hard way. "
