"Tickets were sent quickly and easily after the purchase. In the midst of COVID-19 the game was cancelled, and by reaching out to them I was immediately helped by customer service who advised next steps toward a refund or if it will be postponed. It was nice not to receive an automated message, and have needs met."
"I brought tickets and they are not giving refunds because the event is cancelled. Instead they are giving store credit with an expiration date. Instead they should give a refund because the coronavirus is a pandemic. They are just trying to keep their money but losing more customers and future purchases. Not 100% money back, purchase from somewhere else. No customer service and their replies to emails are the same. I contacted BBB and got a full refund!!! File a complaint ASAP!! "
"Wouldn't refund from a cancelled concert due to covid and backdated the pandemic to happen in January. Also got insurance on the tickets same reply. A store credit to expire in 1 year!! Will we even be able to go to anything with covid? I contacted BBB and am now getting a full refund. I suggest anyone who has been affected by this to contact Better Buisness Bureau!"

Changed the whole refund policy due to the virus and have literally stolen everybody’s money. Not to mention there’s no dates available for anything outside of ballet and symphony. The baseball dates are all bogus. They haven’t agreed to play yet. Absolute the worse and last time I ever use these fraudsters."

"I originally purchased tickets to a Monster Jam event for my son's birthday in March. The event date was for the 14th, which would've been 6 days before his birthday. Due to Covid, the event has now been postponed not once but twice, with the new date for December 19th. Due to it being so close to Christmas, it will not be feasible to make the event. After 2 days of back and forth with this company, I finally managed to get a supervisor on the phone, which amounted to nothing. After I said I would dispute it with my financial institution, she basically wished me luck as it's their policy to not issue refunds due to a postponed event as opposed to a cancelled event. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! All they want is your money and screw you over!!! Not to mention, the tickets never actually end up in your name, so you can't get a refund even from the venue."

These events have been cancelled because of COVID-19. Their "Chat" on-line service and their alleged telephone service are shams. The first simply runs you around the mulberry bush over and over with numbered choices that do not get you thre information that you need - that is, if you will not refund my money - which you say you will not - then tell me how long I have to redeem your email "coupon" (which in no way resembles any coupon I have ever seen for anything - e.g. no "expiration date." and for which event in my state may I use the "coupon."
I answered their auto-reply which asked me to rate their service - Ha! THey wrote that they would get back to me as a "priority':" but that it might take "as long as 73 hours." It is now more than 96 hours later. No reply.
The date of purchase was an estimate. I do not want to leave the computer to digup the actual purchase dates.
Buy NOTHING from these phonies."
"Contact the BBB to get your refund. I was scheduled to go to a baseball game. It eventually got cancelled and they attempted to give me store credit stating they are no longer issuing refunds. Unfortunately for them there is proof via the waybackmachine that their terms and conditions stated they would offer refunds when events were cancelled. And these were the terms and conditions at the time of the purchase. I got a full refund two days later."

"This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I contacted tickets-center the day my event was cancelled. They were unaware the event was cancelled, but were able to confirm that fact while I was on the phone with them. After some back and forth, they communicated my refund was being processed and I would receive an email with the refund details. I did not receive and email communication so I called back 30 days later. After waiting on hold for an hour, a customer service agent informed me the refund was being processed but was taking longer than expected due to COVID-19. Again, they told me to keep an eye on my email for information regarding my refund.
I did end up receiving an email a week later. Unfortunately, that email stated that I would no longer be receiving a refund, but instead was issued a credit. I thought this must be a mistake so I called back a 3rd time. The customer service agent was only able to read a scripted message stating I would not receive a refund. I asked to speak with someone else that might be able to provide more information. The customer service agent refused to connect me with anyone else or provide any additional information."
"I would give this company zero stars if I could. I have no intention of using their services in the future and I want the full refund that was in their policy when I bought tickets in February. Complete BS. I filed a dispute with my credit card company but ticket center told me they would reject it and that this is legal."
