"Scam rip off no help they just say well now i have to sell them well cant you just resell them for me NOPE! GOOD LUCK "
"Was told I was getting a refund for a cancelled concert. Two months later received letter they’ve changed their policy - getting a credit instead. If the first letter didn’t hold true what makes the second letter better. I want my money back now. This is totally robbery."
"Due to the virus BS, a concert we paid for to attend July of 2020 was rescheduled a year out to 2021. The new date does not work for us. It was NOT THE DATE we paid for and this company refuses to issue a refund. I will never eve use them again and I warn you, do not use them."
"We had tickets for a MLB cancelled baseball game, Tickets-Center.com is refusing to refund this game. They said they changed their policy due to COVID and are only issuing credit/coupons on future orders. They are very aggressive and rude in how they are dealing with calls/emails about refunds. I will never use them again. What a shady business. "
"I thought I was on the actual site for our event, but I was wrong! The seats they sold were not the best available and were three times the cost. I went ahead, thinking this was the venue’s site. Immediately after concluding the transaction I realized the mistake and tried to cancel, but was denied! Never used the two tickets and cost me over $300 . . . Now I warn everyone I can against using this company!"
"This is a hack Ponzi scheme set up folks. I too am a victim. This company purchases bulk tickets discounted, then sells for profit and charges purchase/processing fees. Fair enough that’s how they make money. However, they didn’t budget properly, hence the Ponzi. They clearly paid their execs and agents commissions upfront which depleted the money to issue refunds. The only way this ticket Ponzi fails is if all events get canceled like what happened. One or two events no problem! Refunds are a breeze. Thousands?! Impossible when the well is dry. Inevitably, we will certainly not get our money back as a refund. Your best hope is that when events do begin again and tickets become available, that other naive people buy tickets so that your “credited” event will be funded to go to. If that doesn’t happen you are SOL.
Realistically, this has class action lawsuit written all over it for the lawyer that wants to take it on. Most likely no money left to be awarded however.
One thing is for sure.......It’s obvious based on the reviews in this thread that there are plenty of uncompensated, misled, and upset customers in this matter. Good luck repairing this one. "
"I am only giving them a 1 star because I can’t give a zero or even negative stars. The game I bought tickets for was cancelled and they stated they could not give me a refund. I bought over tickets that came out to over $300 for a birthday so they they were expensive. The customer service guy was rude and said “there is nothing I can do for you.” Unless you want to waste your money don’t buy from them!"
"My event was cancelled and they will not issue a refund they promised. I contacted the Better Business Bureau last month and they still did not refund my money. I will never purchase from them again"
"I had bought tickets for the Goo Goo Dolls concert that was going to be in July 2020 at Red Rocks. This was now rescheduled to 2021 due to Covid-19 and Ticket-Center will not offer refunds. It is impossible to know if you can make a concert that is over one year away, or that this same situation will not be present."
"I purchased tickets thru this site because it was the only option for the venue I was attending. As with everyone else, my event has been cancelled. Well, technically rescheduled to August 2021, but I had spent $300 on tickets and didn't feel comfortable with that money floating around for a year. I requested a refund, and they didn't even offer me credit-- instead, they told me to GOOGLE SEARCH "SELL MY TICKETS" AND TRY AND SELL THEM. Didn't even give me any tips on how to do that. I contacted the BBB thanks to this thread and am waiting on a response. Also, don't bother calling the customer service number, the option for refunds says to hit the 6 key and every time you do, it just reads the options over and over again, never actually letting you get to the next step. I surely hope this place is run out of business soon. "
"I did what others suggested and filed a complaint with the BBB. I filed on the 11th and my money was refunded today. The BBB works. File a complaint to get your refund. I'll never use this company again. "
"Absolutely horrendous. Our show was cancelled due to COVID, and even though I bought the tickets back in December (when their terms and services CLEARLY stated the option of a full refund-- I have screenshots thanks wayback machine) they kept giving me the runaround saying they weren't responsible for it anymore and I could only have store credit because they didn't have the money for refunds. Also, the store credit EXPIRES. During a PANDEMIC. Do I see myself going to any shows in the next year HELL NO. I put in a complaint through the BBB thanks to some suggestions from this review site and four days later got my full refund, so I guess they had the money after all. Bottom line, do NOT buy through them. If you already have, file a complaint with the BBB and it will get resolved."
"Tickets-Center.com changed its terms and agreements so that it's customers could not get their money back after Covid-19. After asking politely for my money back for a concert that was canceled partially to COVID and partly the death of one of its members. I was forced to go through my credit card company and the BBB to get my refund.
I mistakenly bought tickets from this site and will never do business with them again. I suggest you do not do business with them either. "
"I bought tickets and insurance to be safe. Wrong I’ve contacted them twice now and no response. I have an email claiming I have in store credit coupon and that this coupon expires but doesn’t give an expiration date. I will never buy through them again. "
"They canceled my concert due to COVD-19, and gave me a store credit to buy an even. I explained that I don’t want to go to any even in this pandemic crisis. I asked to speak with supervisor and she said they don’t have one and hung up on me. She was rude."
