Our goal is to provide the best product quality we possibly can.

Sometimes, that literally means not offering any products for a particular machine when our tests have shown every after market toner from every source of supply we know of (and after 25+ years in this business, there are no "secret" sources we don't know about) aren't as good as the original.

In fact, many times over our 25+ year history our "competitors" have rushed to be the first to market with alternative toner and we don't have anything for the machine in question.

When customers or prospects contact us and mention, "XYZ has toner for this machine, why don't you?" we point out there are only two main reasons why that is the case:

1. We only sell products that work as well as the original (and won't release them until they do)

I particularly appreciate your comments about the instructions because for our entire history my goal has been to provide the best instructions in the world (and as I have mentioned in other replies to reviews mentioning how great our instructions are, they are really, REALLY time consuming to produce, but they are worth the effort thousands of times over when users of our products know exactly what to do thanks to the four-color, up-close, numerous pictures and the details text that accompanies the pictures.)
