"Tried to add some missed part to existing order the next day and could not reach anyone. No response to email response to original order email. Used the AI chat on website which took the information and said it would be “forwarded”. Also tried calling but voice mail box was full and message indicated to reply with email. There was lots of time before they were able to process the order to be able to added the additional parts. Will have to order the missed parts separate now and pay another separate shipping fee "

"I think my latest purchase (which is enroute to me) is my fourth.
I'll avoid the local Toyota dealership simply due to their failures in servicing my two vehicles properly, or completely.
If I can do the work myself, and there's no urgency in doing the work, I'll order parts from TPDirect.
If I need it done now, I'll purchase the parts from the dealership and either do it myself, or have a trusted independent do the necessary work with OEM parts.
Having this option mitigates getting service done improperly, or getting ripped off by the dealership.
When the dealer's service department can't install new TPMS sensors and sync it to my truck, or install 5-30 oil
when it clearly says right on the fill cap 0-20 ... ya gotta wonder what they've done wrong in the past.

"I ordered a paid for a brake line part. I received an email receipt but was given no tracking number or estimated time of delivery. I called the number provided and was directed to a full mailbox (hmmmm very suspicious). I then "chatted with the AI specialist" providing my order number. I was told a message would be sent to sales to contact me. I received another email from sales identical to the first receipt, again without tracking information or delivery date. Now I receive this rating email and I have not yet received the part ordered 15 days ago!"
