"I ordered a part 2 weeks ago and need it for a critical appointment next week. I live in a remote region and I expected to receive it any moment. I even got an email from Toyotapartsdirect.ca asking how my experience and part was. I received an email this morning saying that that part cannot be shipped at all due to its contents. How can they even list parts for online sale that cannot be shipped? I am highly disappointed that they did not know what can and cannot be shipped, and allowed my online order to be processed, thereby losing almost 2 weeks of shipping time. This has been a disappointing experience, and has left me in a tough situation. Re-ordering the part from elsewhere now means loss of this critical appointment next week, and several months delay in getting my car fixed. "

Status of parts delivery does not work in the email link confirming the order, there is a message that states there is a back log call customer service again no one answers.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED VERY POORLY MANAGED SERVICE.
I would prefer if my order was cancelled and funds refunded immediately."
"It's been almost 3 weeks since I ordered my parts. I received an email saying my order has been processed. I haven't heard from them since, and that was two weeks ago. I tried their chat support - it says it will take my name and number, but no one has called. I tried calling their number, and it says tk leave a message, but their mailbox is full, and I therefore can't leave a message. If I eventually get my parts, I will try to remember to write another review update.
