"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Immediately took my money when I ordered but then I heard nothing for11 days despite my inquiries which included 2 emails, 3 chat interactions and about a dozen attempted phone calls. When I finally did hear back they requested more details on my order, so basically it took them that long just to look at it. They then promised me it would be shipped the next day… that was 4 days ago and it still hasn’t been shipped and again no response to my inquiries. Unless you are willing to wait indefinitely for your order I would not order from TPD!!!"

"Product came as ordered. Communication could have been better. I ordered the part and then didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks until I got this survey. I waited a few days before submitting my review and luckily I received a notice that it was shipped a few days later. The part arrived a couple days after that. Installed it right away and it works as advertised. "
" 5 days after order no come back , ask a question before order no comeback, vin number not in the system of the web site but available at toyota...Ask my sealer for the part an he can have it in 24 hours. A lot of touble for 15% rebate

"I ordered a part that they said would ship in 2 = 10 days. I received an order confirmation that day. After 8 days they emailed and said my order was cancelled because the part number was incorrect and they were not able to modify my order to the correct part number.
Very disappointed.

"The process to find the right part, order it and pay for it, was simple and easy. What happened after, was pathetic. Expectation of shipping in 2-4 days was way off. It took 10 days. Inquired as to the status , received no clear answer, only a link to nowhere. Received an email to rate the delivery 4 days before the part was shipped. There is no staff talk to, only Susan through chat which is automated. It feels that the red warning about high volume of order, etc. has been there for months, if not years. I will probably order parts again, if needed, but my expectations are very different and will set these expectations with others when talking about the site."
