"I have been a seller on Tradesy for many years. This year I noticed that once an item is sells, they hold the funds for a VERY LONG TIME. I can understand if there are authenticity or other issues but when you have an item which includes its original receipt and the customer has authenticated the item using an outside authentication service, there is NO reason that Tradesy should continue to hold your funds. The return period for a buyer is 4 days from date of delivery. The funds should be released after a week. This is truly horrible and we are really considering reporting Tradesy to the attorney general in the state of Tradesy's principal location. Edited to add: Look at this b.s. response from them! This scripted response is really of no help. Tradesy needs to be reported! "

"I purchased a LV bag from this site assuming that the product would be well taken care of before it was sent to me. I have purchased LV from another site where I received excellent quality for the product. I also have purchased new LV and new Gucci. I have my first Gucci bag from 1984 which is in pristine condition. I felt the seller did not make it clear the condition of the bag. It had not been taken care of. I am not sure how it was stored, or if it was purchased from someone else and resold on Tradesy. At this point I would have purchased new! I am very unhappy with this purchase. It was no value. Tradesy should also say please contact seller to ask as many questions as possible to seller because they will omit facts. Also, the window for the return policy is very short! I will not purchase from here again and I will express that sentiment to everyone in my sphere of influence."

"I’ve been shopping on the Tradesy site for about 4-5 years. The items are guaranteed authentic & as described by the sellers. I buy clothing, shoes, handbags and even some beautiful jewelry. I’ve only had one instance when I was sold an unauthentic hand bag. I made one 2 minute phone call & the purchase was quickly resolved. While there are other similar online consignment stores, and I’ve tried several, nothing compares to Tradesy! Always an easy & pleasant shopping experience! "
"My initial issue was with the seller. Her picture was very misleading which prompted me to make my purchase. Once I realized...within minutes that what was pictured was not what I would receive, I reached out to the seller to CANCEL my order. WITIHN MINUTES... I also emailed Tradesy. The next morning I contacted Tradesy via phone for assistance. NO HELP. Next thing I know I'm informed my item shipped. At what point is the seller held responsible? My only option is to return the item for store credit or list it and get taken for a percentage when I did EVERYTHING SUGGESTED on Tradesy's website to CANCEL the order. *additional* having just read that it takes Tradesy 21 days to send sellers their money I'm EVEN more ****. So Tradesy could very easily send me my money back but CLEARLY their not in the business of doing that. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS ON YHE WEBSITE AGAIN AND WARN OTHERS TO STAY AWAY! "

"Just like what other TRADESY sellers stated - Tradesy doesn’t pay sellers right and they treat us sellers poorly like their slaves?!? Who wants to send an order if you’re not sure you get paid or not?!? I understand that they have bills to pay & so do i!
When it comes to money Tradesy will use every trick in the book to delay our payments! They are that bad & shameless! Aside from buying we’ve been selling on Tradesy with over 300 items over $200K sales since they started! Used to be 7 days sellers get paid promptly. But after a year the CEO became greedy and it really stinks! To get our payments is like a battle ( tugofwar). We pay the shipping cost to send all the items we sold to the buyer we have to wait weeks sometimes months to see our funds in the bank! That is if we’re lucky enough to have a buyer that will keep the item! “Most buyers don’t” Tradesy doesn’t keep returns like they promised and used to be. Now a days Tradesy is hiding you can’t even call their phone number anymore. Only funky email robots reply?!? What kind of company is that?!? Time is gold but our time is NOT valuable to them! Believe it or not the long long wait payments clearance is “BULLSH$T” If the buyer decides returning the item after using it for how long - Tradesy will find every BULLSH$T on item so they can return the item to us sellers! (NOTE: Regardless how long you wait With Returns the seller will not get paid and so as they shipping cost will not be refunded”) BTW half of the item TRADESY returned the items with damaged or missing pieces they don’t even care nor respect the items they sent back to sellers! I have several business associates having the same exact issues selling on Tradesy. We have lots of high end fine leather goods to sell but too risky can’t trust these ****$rs! In short Tradesy used our funds as soon as the buyer paid our items! Tradesy is growing Tradesy using us sellers as their breadwinners! Don’t sell on tradesy unless you have lots of money to pay your monthly bills and cover your losses! We Asians loves doing same type of business and we are not shy to share it regardless our language barrier! So there you have it folks! "

Tradesy held the money for over a week.. wnd warn you it could be up to 21 days, then they take 10 days and yet another fee to transfer it to your bank or pay pal! I would never sale with them again!
