NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

"I ordered a jacket from the website. The amount was debited the next day from my account but I was informed that it would take at least two weeks for the article to arrive.
When the article finally arrived at last, it was a totally different colour from that shown on the website - olive green instead of grey.
I returned the article but now see on my account that my return status has been cancelled.
I tried to contact the company numerous times through their contact number (this proved an impossible task) or contact form but have yet to get a reply.
I get the impression this company is not legitimate - it takes your money long before shipment and cannot be contacted if anything goes wrong.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - GO ELSEWHERE!

wrong item shipped with no proper Customer service feedback

"I think I will report the case to their local Police or something similar.
They sold the wrong item (twice cheaper jacket model, but looks similar) with no proper Customer service feedback.

For my continuous question on how they will send me the proper jacket, they just copy paste answer that my shipment arrived. Ridiculous.

I have never dealt with such absurd company. You are lucky if you receive order correctly, but if you not, they are not going to help you.

"I ordered a jacket 4 weeks ago from this website. I haven’t received the jacket & cant make contact with the company. The phone numbers listed on the website are not operational and the tracking number sent on the invoice is not recognized by the delivery company. Frustrating & disappointing. "

Worst Company I've ever had to deal with. Future buyers beware

"I usually don't write reviews, but i feel I need to warn others about my horrible experience. Yes this is an international company, and yes they will ship it to you If you live outside their country. However, they lie about the expected date of delivery time, and their customer service is horrid if something goes wrong. After waiting a month for my package and tracking both international and local shipping numbers, I never received my package, and the delivery was claimed to have been done WHILE I WAS AT HOME. After going back and forth for months with emails to their support having to wait weeks for replies about my missing package, they requested my passport information. Any honest reseller company would just mark it as a lost package and either refund you, or ship you a new one. This company will go head over heels to make sure their **** is covered and have no loyalty to make a customer satisfied. Paypal couldn't help me either because all they needed to do was provide a valid shipping number, but theres absolutely no proof that anything was delivered. Now I'm down a few hundred bucks and the only thing I had to gain was time wasted trying to deal with such a terrible company."

This company has to be a FRAUD

"Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I am now out over 400 dollars for a pair of ice tools I ordered, OVER A MONTH AGO. Yes, 5 weeks later and still no delivered goods and tracking information shows it hasn’t even left the country, almost 4 weeks after they “dispatched” it. Save yourself the time and money, it’s well worth paying a little more and actually receiving what you’re looking for. They will not even respond to my emails anymore, which leads me to believe that this company is a FRAUD! "

Was I just lucky?

"Like many of you here, I placed my order with Trekkinn thinking I got an amazing deal, then did my company research AFTER. Boy did my stomach sink when I saw all of the 1 stars. BUT, I received the product. Took nearly 1 month, but I am honestly just happy I got it. Communication was also ok through their Facebook page. So glad everything fits because I might not be that lucky on a return! Since people mostly only review on bad experiences, I promised myself I would review if all went well, and it did. "

I wish I read these before...

"I ordered a bag and three other items. This bag in particular is currently marked ''in stock'' and there is even an estimation date of arrival...... but this was also the case when I ordered this item in the color black..... IN SEPTEMBER. I have written to the company but nothing has been done so that I don't worry. All I get is the same automatic answer over and over.

Furthermore, there was no other color available for a while, but the same bag was ''in stock'' in the color green, but it was not offered to me. I had to keep checking and had to write again to switch the item

This didn't help anyway because a date of shipment is written on my order, but then when that day arrives, the status or the item goes back to '' in transit to our dispatch center'' ... and this has been the case at least five times in the past two,(almost three) months. So I'm still waiting for the bag and the rest of the order.....

I am usually a very patient client, but this has been very disapointing and I regret shopping on this site

Shipping to the wrong country??

"Ordered the boots 1 month ago and shipping progressed quickly until it delivered to China not Australia! Contacted them through Facebook and they said it was “human error” to go to a wrong country.
Paid $85 in shipping fees and email stated it was going courier but it’s only regular post.
If you need to contact them send a Facebook message to Tradeinn (parent company) they are more responsive.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THEY DONT SHIP THE PRODUCT ON TIME

"I placed the order 10196563 15 days ago and so far it hasnt been shipped! They said they had the item in stock and t should arrive in Brazil around Dec6. Guess what? its nov28 now and the item is still in their warehouse! They don't provide any kind of solution for me and cancell the order wont help it either since I also past the time to buy from another company and my trip is in the end of december. The customer support is terrible, the website is a big lie, I don't recommend to anyone from anyplace to buy from it, you will get passed behind! This was my first and last experience. "

I remained extremely unhappy

"I remained extremely unhappy with my order on trekkinn.com.
I will try briefly to state the essence of discontent:
Collected the order, paid, I wait. A week passed - silence. In the middle of the second week of waiting it turns out that one of the goods (jacket) is out of stock. Two days later they just sent my order without this product, without warning me in advance. When I saw that the goods were out of stock, I specifically looked at it on the site, the status was "on hand" and such status hung on the day when the order was sent to me without this product. In the end, they just returned the money for this jacket, although it turns out that the other product that was sent to me, cost me much more because of the cost of delivery.
I consider this behavior simply unacceptable for any European online store. He remained extremely pleased with both his order and his communication with the support service.

Lost Item

" After 1 week my transaction with payment completed, there is no my order's number or invoce mail. My money transfered to them but my transaction suddenly disaapeared at Trekkinn/ Tradeinn Company.
I've believed, i lost 125$ to google's first page web company.

Edit: try to connect by their facebook page. At least there is someone who try to solve your problem. After one week (after 4 weeks my transaction) we chated, they paid back my money to my bank account.
