"Page say product is in stock but it is not... Trekkinn took my money for product they don't have and now I have to wait a minimum of one week for shipment and only God knows how long for delivery. If they ever ship at all.
In the meantime my money is frozen and I have practically given a loan to Trekkinn. What they do... They taking people money in advance and then they purchase own stock. I'm pretty much sure this cannot be legal in EU - this is fraud and job for inspections and police.
I made order from Trekkinn despite so many bad online reviews. I made mistake... but never again!

I'm trying to reset my password to get in to my account, but no new password instructions have been emailed to me, so I have no way of contacting this people.
Absolutely gutted I didn't read the write ups on these frauds before ordered. Thought it was too good to be true.

"I bought a product that not only arrived 7 days late, but was defected. I contacted the customer care to solve the problem but due to the lack of reply from their side I had to ship in the product for a refund at my own expense. Their terms and conditions are sneaky and communication with their customer support team is very hard. Beware!"
"after seeing the bad reviews i hesitated , but then decided to order anyway. both of the shipments i've made (each one separately) came after 2 and a half weeks (about a week of processing and preparing the delivery as they said, and the rest for air shipment). their costumer service answered about less than 24 hours, they did charge me at the begging in a different amount than stated in the site, but after i noticed it they immediately fixed it. i will definitely order again
BTW my shipping was registered from Netherlands and not Spain, just so you know "

1) You cancel an order 7 days after I made it without any explanation
2) After I asked for the reason, you refer to something no sense, that by the way it’s something wrong at your side
3) I tried to make another order and I would expect (…being the minimal!) that I would have to pay the same. No no… You simple didn’t care!
4) After I complained… you sent me a 5% discount that didn’t work. Amazing…
5) …and now I gave up. I won’t by anything else from any of your shops.
Hope you learn something for the future. Doing support it’s not hiring someone that does not know anything about customer satisfaction

"When I purchased 2 pairs of sorel shoes I didn't realize it was in Spain.i thought I was on an USA site. I read the reviews and thought I was screwed. The shipping took along time. Once my package hit the us post office in San Francisco it was held up for over 2 weeks. I thought someone stole them. I went to my local post office and they told my that it could take 30 days for customs to release the package. I recived my shoes today and I'm happy. "It looks like many other customers have had similar experiences as I have. If there was an option for "0" stars, I would have given that rating. I ordered a Columbia jacket on November 20, 2017 for about $40 less than the next cheapest price online. I gambled and gave Trekkinn a shot. I never received my jacket - the tracking info stated that it was in Chicago IL for over a month. Two days ago, and two months since I ordered the product, I did get some correspondance from the company and they did issue my credit card a refund. But I made the purchase with the intent of having a jacket for winter. Do NOT order from this company if you want to get your product in a timely manner, if at all! The next time I am looking for a product that Trekkinn sells at a cheaper price, I will skip them and pay the extra dollars - at least I will get what I ordered."

"Now two weeks past expected delivery date.
Tracking has said 'On-Flight to Canada' for past ten days.
E-mailed TradeInn after two days without status updates on the tracking, and was told 'We sent it - bye.'. All follow ups ignored.
PostNL who seems to be the original carrier says they are not, and simply forwarded the package. Canada Post says that if it arrived in Canada it would have been scanned. Both carriers indicated that the sender must contact the original carrier, which TrekkInn has essentially refused to do.
So I ordered winter gloves on December 10th, and it is now January 16th (two weeks past expected delivery date), and I still do not have gloves.
VISA has put a freeze on the transaction, but honestly, I just want my damn gloves.
Stay far away from this company."

"Sent wrong size sandals on line return form could not be down loaded, chat option used in Spanish and was an automated system. UK phone number rang several times no reply all operators busy. Email several times for a return label ignored question and did not answer request just responded in an inadequate manner. AVOID COMPANY "
"I ordered a Nitestik in 4 colours on 14 Nov as Xmas presents. Estimated delivery to Australia was 12-19th Dec. I get an email a week after the delivery date saying that there's a problem with my order - one of the colours was out of stock. Simple I thought ... hit the 'Change Item" button and choose another one - Only every time I selected that button the screen went blank and I could not choose another colour.
I contacted Customer Service explaining the website issue and asked them to substitute the colour and send the order. Meanwhile I got the same automated email several times and tried to fix it each time with no luck.
The response I got from customer service was exactly the same instructions as the order delay emails I had been receiving. It seems they didn't even read my instructions! So once again, I tried to change the item and couldn't, so I hit "remove item' button as I thought I could re-add the other colour. Instead it immediately went to 'order processing for shipment' status and I couldn't change it.
I then received an email requesting a survey of my customer support experience. Obviously I was very unhappy and said the previous support person did nothing to rectify the problem, but threw me back to the same scenario that was not working in the first place. Customer Service then responded saying they are sorry that I'm unhappy and she is looking into it to find a solution for me.
I then get an email saying that my order has shipped, explaining that to avoid lengthy delivery delays (it is now 28 Dec!!) that they sometimes change or remove an item so the rest of the order is not held up. [*Shakes head... 'THEY' removed the item??? what a joke!], and now my order is on its way.
I then get an email that an order can't be changed once it has been shipped!!!!!!! Why could the first Customer Support person not just change the damn order before it shipped??? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THESE JOKERS!"
