Their phone is never answered, their online chat is never manned, their online returns form doesn't work, and neither does their e-mail contact facility.

I have ordered size M and received Europe L
The store refused to take responsibility claiming that the sticker was M-size, although on the T-shirt the manufacturer clearly listed "Europe size L" and USA size M

"I ordered my hiking boots on this website and receive them approximately a week and a half later. So far so good right? Unfortunately, the boots were about a size too small. Then I attempted to return them... after finally finding the online form to return the item I could not send it without attaching pictures of the unused boots. I took some pics, attached them and sent the request for return. After submitting, it informed me that they would review my request and if all is well send out a return label to my email. That was over two weeks ago... Still NOTHING!! I have sent a request to the company via email to contact me about my return and have gotten no response. I have even tried to call the international number FOUR TIMES (all on different days & at times in line with normal business hours within that part of Europe) & there is NEVER an answer!!! I now feel stuck with very expensive European hiking boots that don’t fit me. I cannot afford to get another pair until I return these and even if I could, purely out of sensible spending habits, I would not. I seriously cannot find any other way to contact these people besides an email that leads to nowhere in terms of a response and a phone number that is never answered. Does anybody have any clues on how to get a hold of this scheisty, shady company? Please help! "

I ordered a coat on 3rd April 2018, expected delivery between the 9th,10th. By the 26th I had chased them a few times and requested a refund and was told this wasn't possible as they needed to find out where the parcel was(told this could take 3 weeks). I then followed this up 3 weeks later to be told the courier still hadn't given them any information but that they still wouldn't refund me. Thank god I paid on credit card - my credit card company are now handling the matter on trying to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!"

"I ordered something from TrekInn on 1st April and it was marked as shipped and invoiced on 4th April. On the shipping site for the tracking number I was provided it says "Shipment is expected, but not yet in sorting process" since 4th April. I have contacted the company 4 times, and they still haven't done anything to track my shipment. Telling me that "It can take a few days for the tracking to be updated" is not helpful! How can it take 8 days to update tracking information?? I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!"
"Received wrong item, sent it back through their mandatory procedure: the return address they print on their own shipping waybill (a parcel forwarder) is different than the return address they registered in their Paypal account. They received the item 24 days ago, refund never arrived. Opened Paypal claim: Paypal checks if the address I sent the returned item to is the same as the return address registered in seller's account, and since they are different, Paypal closed my claim. Tradeinn is a complete scam and they are smart: they know how to exploit Paypal (stupid) rules at their advantage, in this way they can receive tons of items back and never refund a dime.
Other issues: customer service unavailable, they don't even read messages, live chat unavailable, shippings carried out 3 weeks after payments on average. Avoid like plague."
"Received my harness in the mail. This Grivel harness had BEAL buckles on it and the wrong drop seat buckles. They still haven’t replied to my message from TWO DAYS AGO. Returning this **** asap. "Please do not buy from this company. I bought a watch strap from their website, and everything looked great. I was tracking it, and I saw it arrived in NZ within a week, awesome! Then it said it was delivered..... not sure where it was delivered to, but this was on the 8 February and I have been chasing it ever since, and I get replies from "customer service" who tell me they are dealing with their delivery company, but I still have no satisfactory outcome. I really think this company is a total scam!!!
I have even tried ringing them and get an Asian sounding person on the answerphone, but no surprises not answer phone and any way of getting transferred to someone in customer service. "
