DO NOT SHIP WITH UPS!!!!

"On November 11th 2017 I made a order for 2 day air shipping of my suitcase from a friends house in Connecticut. It was picked up and meant to arrive in Los Angeles on November 14th. It did not. As I had explained to the UPS representative I was leaving USA permanently from Los Angeles on November 16th and needed my bag by then so I could take it on the plane with for free as part of my luggage allowance so it was really important it got to me on time. Due to other circumstances I was unable to retrieve it from Connecticut earlier. It did not arrive on November 14th and it did not arrive before my flight on November 16th.

The suitcase finally arrived a month later than it was meant to.

Now I am faced with the problem of how to get my suitcase to Melbourne, AND UPS is still trying to charge me for 2 day shipping!

ALSO, their failure to deliver the suitcase to me on the arranged date cost me $500 - in the suitcase fire wands that I needed for a performance I was booked for. Without the mentioned items I was unable to do the performance and missed out on the $500 that I would have been paid.

I have reached out to UPS customer service with no solution to these issues.

What are you doing?

"Miscommunication. Delivery disarray. You keep your clients guessing when and where they'll have to be at home/pick up their package. You're a delivery service, not a cable company in which I have to take off work to wait for my package between the hours of 8AM-12PM/12PM-4PM and so forth. Absolutely terrible. "

UPS - or UP-MESS

"This is the sorriest group of unattached service I have seen since DHL. There is a complete lack of ownership and accountability with your Atlanta center. Packages are always “Miss Origin” and of late “Due to operating conditions”. You never have any form of Management available and no one has a number for a “Real” supervisor.

Warren Buffett- “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently.”

Thank you UPS for ruining my Reputation this Christmas. Mulitie times

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ITEMS

"WILL CHANGE FROM (OUT FOR DELIVERY) TO (DELIVERED TO FRONT DOOR) ALL WHILE WE WAIT BY FRONT DOOR. THEN THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY HAVE YOU CHECKED AROUND YOUR HOME OR CHECKED WITH OTHER PEOPLE AT HOME WHILE THEY JUST PASS ME TO DEAL WITH SENDER FOR REPLACEMENT. THIS HAPPENED TWO DAYS IN A ROW. UPS AND ITS ROUND ROCK TX DISTRIBUTION CENTER IS A BIG SCREW UP. STAY AWAY!! "

Wores liars than politicians!

"Had my package for 21 days. Claims it is at the destination in Jacksonville Florida and "out for delivery" 2 weeks ago. Initiated a lost package inquiry, then cancelled it 2 days ago citing insufficient product description. Neve rwill use UPS again. FEDEx or USPS only."

Do NOT trust UPS Pack and Ship Guarantee!

"A treasured piece of art that was shipped via the UPS Pack and Ship guarantee arrived broken. UPS did pay for repairs - after many months- but never reimbursed me for the decrease in value of the piece once repaired. They required me to get an expert appraisal as part of my claim, which irrefutably proved the value had been negatively affected by the damage due to UPS packing negligence, but offered me no compensation. I'm mad and heartbroken and a very dissatisfied customer, I will never use UPS again !"

Late delivery again

"I'm working with this one shipper that used to always mail the packages to me using Fedex. Let me tell you I have never ever had issues with lost or late package delivery. I took it for granted. Then the shipper changed their carrier to UPS (I don't know why exactly) and the packages started being delayed constantly. I felt the tremendous difference in quality right away. UPS ****, period! I'm also an active seller and let me tell you that my customers also experience delays when I would send UPS. I mean, it's not just a one, two, three times deal, it's a constant pattern. UPS is very bad nowadays!"

"Wait.... You want your package?" - UPS

"I know the definition of literally.
Literally every time I've had a package be delivered by UPS it's late. Going on 10 years now. I happily pay double their charge not to use their service, but sometimes are forced to.
Thanks for not delivering my package yet again UPS!

THIS CO STINKS... I have been trying to track my package for the last week. USPS, FED EX and Amazon are waaaaaay more reliable.

"Their tracking stinks. Every time I try to see where my package is, it says info UNAVAILABLE on their site. Never using this co. again...USPS, Fedex and Amazon are the way to go."

Overnight Service Took 2 Weeks To Deliver

"UPS was I unfortunately the only available overnight shipping service in my neighborhood. Needed medical papers for surgery from a physician with a wet signature delivered overnight. Took 2 weeks and it showed each day that it was it for delivery. Had to use FEDEX to send the duplicate documents sent after2 days as time was essential. Each day UPS promised the docs will be delivered and ‘sorry for your inconvenience’. This is the 3rd time UPS has done this to my family. We will drive 15 miles for FedEx or USPS than ever to use this lowsy courier. Never depend on them!

Worst Service. Cannot Handle peak season. Irresponsible

"I received a mail from UPS at 9:21 a.m today(12/2/2017 Saturday) saying that my package is out for delivery. I had to sit at home whole day to receive the package. It was VERY IMPORTANT for me to receive the package today as I had to take it to another place tomorrow. I waited until 7:30 p.m and AFTER I CALLED the customer service, I got an update saying it will be delivered on 12/4 (Monday). I wasted my whole day waiting for the package. I had to cancel all my plans because of this delay. "

Still not delivered

"We have a UPS account. I sent a legal document to our lawyers last week. Still not delivered. Online help is no use. I eventually managed to speak to an agent. Couldn't tell me more or do anything big to help. I could not even escalate the issue. Poor, poor customer service. I am switching to FEDEX "

Beyond horrible / Absolute unaccountability

"The UPS CS and its ground people are in total disconnect. Over the last few months out of 4 packages 3 were returned to sender. The first one the status mentioned it was delivered. On contacting and chasing after the CS, the local office called and confirmed that they were sorry but the package was damaged. It took nearly two months to sort it out between UPS and Lenovo and get my money from Lenovo.
Two other packages, were undelivered because the UPS driver could not locate the apartment complex on a main road right next to a huge USPS office. The CS kept giving pacifiers each time when called, O! we are trying, we will get this delivered.
Today I have a package that was scheduled for delivery on 11/29, that changed 12/1 and then to 12/2 and after waiting for CS for 50 minutes (abnormally high call volume is what their IVR says and so does the CS claims), the CS states, I am sorry we do not have a supervisor available but I promise your package will be delivered today. Who can you talk to? No one. There is no customer service. My only way out... before I order anything online, I need to talk to sellers CS to make sure the shipper is anything but UPS. I will never ever have anything shipped via UPS.
