"So this dude comes in all nonchalant, delivering his package, but what I soon found out that another package had been delivered.
Dude completely destroyed the bathroom, and I felt like I was in a WW1 Bunker under a chemical attack.
Idk what he ate, but hy the smell of it, I would bet that he didn't know exactly what it was either.
Give your damn drivers some benefits so they can check themselves out at their local hospital and get some help.

USPS is faster....

"I payed 10+ dollars for ups ground, compared to standard free shipping. I ordered my package on the 2nd, it shipped on the third. it was supposed to arrive on the fifth. at this time it won't arrive until at least the 8th. i ordered another package, a day later and used usps standard shipping. it already arrived. absolutely RIDICULOUS!

I'm still waiting for my package

"On Saturday April 29th I ordered a new bow for my violin off of Amazon.com and selected the two day shipping option (well it's well over two days now) and it went through UPS and their tracking information **** because it is not even updated past the order date and now claims a delay with no expected arrival date. So, I tried to contract the customer support got and got and unresponsive and slow help. I'm never using UPS again."

What Security?

"UPS has tried to deliver four boxes to me but they do it during work hours and three of the boxes needed signatures. So I called to let them know that I will just pick the boxes up from one of the locations. Then the customer service representative tells me that I can only pick up three of the four boxes b/c on one of them the name does not match my ID. So they want to deliver the box instead. I asked why can't I pick it up if they are just going to deliver it. She said it's due to security reasons.
So.... for security reasons... if I pick the box up.... it has to match my ID. But UPS can just deliver my box anywhere to anyone and it's ok if the ID doesn't match. THAT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE!!!! They need to learn the what the word "Security" means.

unbelievable incompetence/laziness

"I have ordered 3 sets of packages from both amazon and walmart (who have then used ups to deliver these items). To date, none of those packages have arrived (ordered between 3 weeks and several months ago). I just received someone else's packages today, and was able to walk across the road and find the actual intended recipient.

Thankfully walmart and amazon refunded the cost of my orders (nearly 400 dollars worth). If you can avoid using UPS, do so. They don't deserve to be in business.

2 day shipping...haha yeah right

"I ordered something using 2 day shipping, i got the confirmation on Friday, that was 4 bussiness days ago. According to tracking yesterday it was supposed to be delivered today. Today they are saying the address was wrong, even though the address on the shipment confirmation I received 4 days ago was correct. After trying to email with them today to get my package delivered, about 6 emails going back and fourth and getting me nowhere I decided to call. At this point UPS tried to blame the shipper even though the shipment confirmation contained the correct address. I told the representative even if that were true it would still have been two days late as of today, her solution to the problem was suggest I go to the town they sent it to (about 30 minutes away) and pick it up myself. This is not possible since I have two kids under two and no way to get us all there at this time. The lack of customer service and service recovery are disgusting. I can't imagine running a bussiness like that."

Packages get handled roughly, insurance claims will be denied

"Looked like they played soccer with the package it had multiple puncture wounds through the box, since the ups store that packed it did not use a "ups" branded box the claim was denied. If you use ups pack it yourself assuming the worst and do not waste money on any kind of extra protection or insurance as they will already have 10 different ways to deny you before you even make a call."

WORST EXPERIENCE

"I rearrange the package for pick-up but they messed it up and when I got to the ups office, they said it was out for deliver. I then called the office and tried to ask what time the driver will get to my apartment. When I called the first time, the guy said he will called me back about it, but after a hour, I still didnt receive a call. I called him again and he was rude and impatient and then he closed the phone on me without giving me an answer. And i am still waiting for my package."

They are worse package service I have ever seen.

"I placed and order for a $3,700 from scope from Cabela's that was shipped UPS. It was shipped on 3/22 and was shipped all over before arriving on 4/3. I had to call several times screaming at these idiots that they were responsible for this package and that their tracking system is garbage as my package went everywhere and even on the day it was delivered there was no update that it was out for delivery. See below tracking info, what a joke! FedEx is the way to go IMHO, never had an issue with them expect they put the package on the door step and leave without ringing the doorbell where as UPS did ring the bell.

UPS service

"I ordered some products from Costco and Century 21 Department store. Their driver tried to deliver me my packages 3 days at a time when normal people working. I can’t quit my job to wait for delivering my packages. For who they working ? Just for people who not working. Finally one of my package was returned to sender, other waiting for rescheduling. Next week I’m working again and unable to get my package, that mean they‘ll send it to sender also. For what I ordering online and paying for their service if they returning all my purchases to senders back? They have UPS access point in our city and I’m surprised, what the problem to leave my packages there? "

Workers are lazy with departure

"I had ordered a guitar through Guitar Center and they use UPS as their shipping company. Its expected delivery date was on Thursday March 23rd but it was making phenomenal progress to the point where it was only an hour away at only 1:15pm. However, they just completely put off delivering it until tomorrow which is the expected delivery time as there is literally no departure scan and ive been waiting 6 hours for that scan. This is the second time ive ordered a guitar from guitar center and UPS puts off the delivery until the expected delivery date. "

ups store in temple campus

"I hope this makes it to where it should but the young lady daimee that works at theups store inside temple is a godsend. I come to this ocation at least once week, she alwasy seems like shes the only one working and working hard.On monday I came there, she was so busy I waited in line as she helped at least people while the guy with the red hair was still helping the one person that whole time. she always seems to be the only worker and is very friendly. I came in on thursday to buy one stamp there was four people ahead of me daimee was knocking the line out with a smile while the red hair guy was talking to another employee who was sitting down. every time i come it seems like nobody is working but her. I'm not sire how she maintains a friendly attitude when she works with lazy employees. Upper management has to do something i know she needs help. "
