"I ordered a CD from Amazon. First delivery attempt was Friday, driver left infonotice, I signed back saying they could leave it, and not be liable. Monday he leaves another note saying "sorry". I try the App & website both of which ****. I call & get a rep that barely speaks English & have to pay to have the delivery Wednesday and send an email to customer service & the answer I get is it's the drivers discretion. "
"I acquired pick up at 9:00 am they didn't come and pick it up till 5:00 p.m and it was urgent document.when i called them they said that the driver had it and how come i called. Then they made me leave work and go to drop it at their center which was far as it was late already. I called them and escalate it and still didnt give me a compensation for what happened and they hang up on me 3 times cause i was asking for compensation. Finally the document didnt reach on its time and I had to travel to the USA to fix what they have done to me. DONT USE UPS AT ANYTIME.
For any more details:***-***-****"
"Title says it all. They broke my very expensive (and durable!) item in transit. They completely removed me from the claims process. They refused to speak to me regarding the claim until they denied it. They refuse to replace the item. They refuse to even refund the shipping and handling charge that I paid for them to break the item!
They lost a customer to their competition for good.
ZERO stars. Terrible company. I hope they **** an attorney off. I'm on board for a class action lawsuit if you are. "
"Faulty Samsung phone ups failed to pick up for 2 weeks

It's now 5 weeks since my phone was booked in for repair and still no phone. having Spoken to Samsung apparently my phone has been found but won't be delivered until after bank holiday "
"I received a package at my place on 8/11/17. I was suppose to receive another package on 8/16/17 but didn't. When I checked tracking they had put a note in the system saying that I requested the package to be held, which I hadn't. I called the costumer service center and asked could the package be rerouted to a ups store closer, because the location where it's being held is out of the way for me to travel to. I was told that they couldn't do that and that I would receive a call from someone at the location where it was being held. The lady called and left a voicemail message saying that I could give an alternate address, where the package could be delivered and to give her a call back. I called the number that she left no one answered. Then I called the customer service center back to give an alternate address, just to be told that I couldn't do that either. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Once speaking to her I was assured that my package would be delivered today 8/18/17 in which it wasn't. There's no update on my package or when it will be delivered. I called the customer service center again just to be told to look out for the package, still no update from them or the online tracking. Again I called back they haven't even honored or changed the information on the new delivery address, I was told again someone would call from the location where my package is being held. Someone called as soon as I answered they hung up in my face. I called back the number no answer I called the customer service center no answer. I'm **** I wish merchants would just stop using ups. They have no regards for their customers."
"On Aug 5, 2017, UPS delivered a package to my house. In addition to leaving the package, they also left deep ruts in my yard when they tried backing their truck out of my yard. Rather than back up on the drive-way area, they chose to drive off the road and into my yard. They got stuck in my yard and proceeded to dig deep ruts into the grassy area. They found a board and tried using that to get out. They succeeded in getting out, but left the ruts AND the board and just left.
On Aug 10, I contacted UPS via email from their "contact us" section on their website. I was assured that I would be contacted by the end of the day, via phone. I was not, and messaged them the following morning. I was assured, again, that I would be contacted by the end of that day.
To date, I have not been contacted, as far as I can tell. If they have called and I have missed their call, they have not left any messages. Other than sending them another message to let them know I still have not been contacted, there has been NO CONTACT by UPS.
It's a shame I can not get a picture to post...
In the future, I will try to avoid any dealings with UPS and will take my business elsewhere if at all possible!"
"When I first started at my company we had a delivery guy from UPS that would deliver freight for us. In the beginning our conversations started off as small talk ("How's your day going" "How are you today" "Blah blah blah" you get it) and then it progressively got weird and creepy that I started to feel uncomfortable. (Mind you I am in my early 20's, friendly to the public because I work in customer service) The guy then began to grab my hand and say "still not married yet, huh" and I would pull back immediately. And he would be like "I bet you're a party girl, huh." That's none of his business if I am or not. He would continue making creepy remarks towards me until I got to the point where I would actually hide whenever he would come in to deliver to my store. I would talk to the other UPS drivers that would deliver to us that wasn't him and one of the guys even had said that the guy would make creepy remarks to other woman at other company's and that my store wasn't the only store he had heard complaints about the guy. He had then told me the creepy guy had bid to take over our route so he would deliver to us. And at that point I had my manager contact HR and contacted the Manager of his region at UPS. It had taken well over a month tell the creepy guy was taken off our route. But during that time my manager had contacted the UPS manager and notified her what was going on and the lady had said she would talk to him. His manger had called my manager the next day and had said he had no idea what she was talking about... Then the following day the creepy guy came in and confronted one of my associates about it and said "was it you that complained about me?" and my manager had went up to him and told him no and then he had said my name and she had said it was her that complained about him. HIS MANAGER LITERALLY TOOK HIS SIDE ON IT! Even after my manager told her I wouldn't check freight in and sign because I was scared to go up to him.
So eventually his manager took action and he was off the route. Fast forward to a year later and what do you know he comes and delivers freight.
My manager called his manager once again and his manager said he shouldn't have been on our route since he knows he is not allowed to be. But then also says they don't want to dis include drivers from delivering to certain stores.
WHAT IN THE NAME KIND OF LOGIC IS THAT.
He makes me so uncomfortable to point I can't do my job, why would you have someone that works for this company deliver for you.
I know I am not the only girl he makes uncomfortable. The logic behind this UPS manager is mind blowing.

"I payed $80 US for the express shipping and was told by customer service the I should see the package a week from when it was shipped out. I can get items through the postal service quicker for less money. The customer service was terrible and totally useless."
"I placed 2 orders to be shipped online the merchant sadley has chosen UPS. The first shipment came in a rout from Kentucky to Dallas and then went back to Kentucky to be routed back again to Dallas which resulted of delaying it. The second one which was shipped next day air came in to my state the next day and the next tracking information said This "We've incorrectly sorted the package at our facility. This may cause at least one business day delay." I guess UPS management doesn't understand what next day air means, they just charge their rate and don't perform the service. I'm so frustrated with UPS after calling their customer service and their answe was they don't know where the package is and they don't have any more information than I do. I stopped using UPS in shipping my personal or business packages but still have to suffer when ordering online and the merchant chooses them. I hope one day they will get a new management and someone will be held responsible for loosing business. "
"UPS "delivered" a package clearly marked PERISHABLES, by putting it in the dirt & weeds near the bottom of my 500 ft. driveway. That was Thursday; I didn't find it until Sunday, and that by accident. So these perishables have been sitting in the sun in 103° heat for 3 1/2 days. This isn't the 1st time UPS has tossed my packages in the weeds, if there's a way to get them to stop doing this, I don't know what it is."
"They sent my package to the wrong state now what was suppose to be a two day shipping to be here on the 22 of June I'm waiting til the 27 I asked can you over night my package because you sent it to the wron place they said they can't.
Customer service isn't high on UPS list "
"The tracking information was not updated in time. Customer agents did not know what's the most efficient solution according to the situation. Customer fee was not noticed until the day of delivery, which was a total surprise. Overall, very bad experience and slowest shipment I have ever had.

"Thank you, @ups, for the "stellar" delivery of my son's custom made cake for our party this weekend. After going to YOUR store and speaking to YOUR STAFF on how to properly package and ship, it was delivered carelessly and the cake is damaged and unusable. While I can understand the mistake and the need for photos to prove the damage, it is the interrogation, aka interview, you've had us endure the past 4 days which has been a nightmare. When you attempted to retrieve the cake, it was odd, but okay. Similar to receiving the wrong pizza and the restaurant requiring to see it first in order to get the correct order. The lack of communication and accountability is astounding. On the other hand, you've done a wonderful job of wasting our time when we need to be focused on other things. We truly know "what Brown can do for you" means. "
"was suppose to be delivered on Thursday, usually they know that my home is safe and I do have all delivery at my porch that is safe. The driver decided that he doesn't want to leave the package took it to keep it at a center that I go pick up. I called the same day asked to be delivered. said tomorrow no problem, at 4 am the package was scanned to come to my house destination. at 2:51 pm they decided that the package should be delivered the next business day and it is Friday and the next monday is memorial so they made a short day to have a longer weekend, yeh. I called to ask to go pick up my package they said yes go head. I went to the longwood center and the girl says that the package is in the truck and the driver is trying to deliver it as a good act. so no reason to be there to pick up it is going to be home. nothing that day so I had to wait 5 days more to have my package be hold and I have to go pick it up, such a service, like a shity company that they are. nothing to say more that Fedex is the best. "
"They make you wait the whole day for the package (so you literally need to wait until he comes-which can be in any part of the day), on customer service they have no idea, where the driver is at the moment or what his number is.
This company really ****, because they have no idea how to do their job!!!
All other freight companies know much better what to do."
