"I ordered my package with standard shipping of 2-6 business days, and it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. When UPS came to my house, I was gone so they left the "sorry we missed you," note. I took the slip to the UPS access point on 10/18 which was the drop off date, only to be told that I would have to wait ANOTHER day to pick it up. What the hell.."

Unacceptable UPS Delivery and Customer Service

"If I could have posted "no stars" I would have...and entitled it...Incensed! Here's the backstory: Ordered an item from the state of Washington. Package was scan and begun delivery on 10/04/2016 in Washington. By 10/08/2016 in landed somewhere in Illinois. For two (2) days in sat on the UPS Tracking Information page without any status whatsoever. On 10/10/2016, it interestingly changed to "delivery delayed to to weather conditions". And there it sits four days later (must be one heck of a storm) Puuulllleeeease! I checked weather.com and fly.faa.gov for any inclement weather or flight delays...(nothing more than a half hour maximum...So that sounds more like a "default" rote response when they lose something. I've contacted UPS customer service toll free number no less than three times (which was a total waste of time and effort)...and spoke with three or four different foreigners that advised me that UPS customer service is located somewhere in the Asia-Pacific. You get nowhere when calling customer service, and frankly, they hung up on me twice when I requested to speak to a US based supervisor. No can do. The UPS Tracking Information website page is equally ineffective. Going on fifteen (15) days since my package left Washington, I have "live chatted" with UPS customer service reps (also foreign-based somewhere in Asia)...also to no effect. They can't help you or connect you with any American based supervisor or station to help resolve the issue. They merely repeat the same default rote expressions listed on the Tracking Information page...with an occasional "sorry" and "hope we can win your trust"...although that ship has sailed. Oh, and this is rich...because the package delivery has been labeled "delayed due to weather," you are unable to request a shipping refund, no matter how long it takes. Reeks of dishonesty and poor practices.
Pony Express could've delivered that package faster...shoot! in 1860 the Pony Express could deliver mail from the Pacific coast to the Atlantic coast in ten (10) days. Seriously, look it up. But with all of today's technology, UPS hasn't delivered my package in ten (10) days, nor have they responded to my email requests. Unacceptable.

The WORST

"UPS is the WORST!
I had to send my TV since i was moving to another state. I took it to the store and the manager from the UPS store sold me an insurance ( if they didnt had an insurance i wouldnt had send it) and saw that the TV was in the original box and told me the packaging was ok and it met the ups requirements.... i waited for my TV for a week or more to arrive, after it arrived i opened the box and my computer had the corners completely white, so know they wont respond for my TV. I paid for the insurance and know they are telling me they dont have an insurance. NEVER send a package with them, they wont take responsability for it. THE WORST!!!

What can brown screw up for you?

"How is this computer still in business? They ****! They will take 3 days to deliver an overnight 8am delivery package. They never show up on time. They will damage their deliverys. Seriously big business stop supporting them and let them dissolve. "

"sold an jeep soft top on ebay and sent it through UPS...brand new....when the customer got it, it had been ripped....do you know what UPS is going to do about it? NOTHING!!!!! do not use UPS for anything....there are plenty others out there to use. Now I am out 990 dollars......thanks UPS for great service NOT!!!!!!"

UPS drivers don't want to do their JOBS

"UPS had a package for me that was to be deliver on Friday. I cancled all my plans for the day to sit and wait for this driver with my 3 dogs who bark at any door activity. The driver refused to knock on the door and then lied in his notice saying "I couldn't knock because the dog (yes singular, only one, when I have three you liar) was barking" - because that makes sense?

Also the dogs never barked, never. I sat three feet from my door all day and no one barked. I tried to have the driver drop it off at a store so I could pick it up- nothing. They kept me waitin until the dispatch office closed for the day, I guess figuring that I would not keep harassing their phone lines. HA!

All in all I hope the driver respnsible gets fired for deciding that NOT doing his job was okay, and then thought lying about it was better. I will NEVER use UPS again, nor will anyone I know once I tell them what happened today.

Great customer service. (Yes that's scarcasim)

"I placed my order on 4/11, then waited and waited. Got many runarounds. Now they say delivery on 4/28, but they have no idea where my shipment is. It arrived 15 miles from my home on the 18th then was sent to Florida, then to Tennessee, then to Illinois, where it disappeared. Now they have no idea where it is. Great job ups, not."

Disgusted

"I recently took several boxes to the UPS store in Boca Raton Fl after my mom died and I was distributing mementos to family.
I was very clear with the rep at the store that this was a fragile box full of fragile memories. She assured me she would mark it appropriately.
When the box was delivered to my condo and received by the concierge, the box was broken on all of the sides, the bottom was ripped apart and there were NO fragile signs visible.....
Every piece of glass inside the box was shattered, every piece was either bent or broken and several things were missing....It looked like the box had been dropped off the truck and then run over..... All of the memories gone......
There were no notes, or no acknowledgement from UPS about their liability.
Needless to say I was angry and extremely sad that all of my moms stuff was left in a shattered mess.
UPS..... never again!

THE DRIVER IS SCUM!!!!

"SO I ordered my son a 10 gal fish tank for his birthday. Well today was the day I was suppose to receive it, I am right by the door because I was checking something in my purse I turn around to answer it and the driver was ALREADY GONE.. like WTH then because that happened I knew something was wrong pulled in the box and opened it and heard all the glass knocking around... they should care a little more about what they do... IM MAKING IT MY MISSION SO THEY FIRE THAT ****...."

UPS = UN PREDICTED SERVICE

"I ordered a package that was to be delivered on 3/18. They delivered to the wrong address. After 10-15 calls, I was finally able to get an investagation started. They are very hard to get answers from. I called on the 30 and was told thatthe claim was closed and no action because it was delivered. On April 4, I found out where they were delivered. On the 5th, they called and said they were closing the case. I asked if i would be getting my shipping charges back and was told that someone else would be deciding that and would send it to the shipper if it was. Shipping was $100 on a $231 purchase. UPS does not care about the recepiant of the package. I will request a different shipper from now on."

Save yourself from UPS!

"Today I had a terrible experience with UPS and I am sure they are not helpful and acted absolutely like jerks. Instead of leaving my package at the leasing office which they have done alteast twice in the last week, they chose to leave it at the UPS Access Point 5 miles from my home and guess what I have to wait till tomorrow to get it and I wasted my time driving 10 miles and I did not even get my package. This is a way they are promoting My Access Point and harassing customers. This is totally unacceptable. I hate UPS and I wish companies like these should go out of business."
