"Just under button which says "Add to cart" is says US1 Model #nkd60kit. However when I replied to an email to call "Bobby" to confirm my order a couple days later, I was told that this camera is a foreign model with no warranty and no cords or anything. I told him I would mail in my payment in pesos. PROBABLY NOT A WISE DECISION TO BE GIVING THIS "COMPANY" YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! "
"Absolutely terrible experience. I joined this site just so that I could warn other people. I had an experience very similar to other people that have commented. My didn't ship after waiting more than 4 business days, so I called and they said I'd get my tracking number that night. No tracking number. Called the next morning and they said it wouldn't ship until the next week. Also, I got to conflicting stories from the manager and sales representative. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and the sales representative said I'd get it tomorrow, but the manager said they would get started on my refund next week. Nobody was honest with me. I contacted the BBB of New Jersey. They've received other similar complaints. Check it out: www.trenton.bbb.org."
"Placed an order for a Sony Digital camera on 12/8/08 and received email confirmation of order.
Charge for $499.99 (the correct amount) appeared on my credit card on 12/10/08. Item was to be delivered no later that 12/19/08. I received email confirmation of this.
Contacted US 1 Photo on 12/19/08 when product didn't arrive. Product had not shipped yet according to the customer support person. They were not sure when it would.
Contacted US 1 Photo on 12/24/08. Product still had not shipped. They did not seem to know why it had not shipped, or when it should ship. They could not and were not willing to answer my questions. I felt they were no longer trustworthy so I requested to cancel my order. The order was canceled and I received email confirmation of the cancellation. I was told that I would receive credit refund in a few business days.
Contacted US 1 Photo on 1/2/09 because I had not received a refund for the canceled product. I was told things were backed up and asked to be patient. I was concerned. Why was I charged for a product before they could even ship it? No answers.
Contacted US 1 Photo on on 1/5/09. Phone wait times have averaged 45 minutes, but as long as 1.5 hours. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. They would not allow me to discuss my issue with a supervisor or manager. During this call they told me that I would received refund no later than 1/7/09.
Contacted US 1 Photo on 1/7/09. No refund. Wait time was 60 minutes. I threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. 'William' told me that I would receive payment by friday 1/9/09.
1/15/09 - No refund received. Filed dispute with credit card provider. Filed complaint with New Jersey Better Business Bureau.

"I ordered a camera from this site for a great price. I continually checked the status of my order for the two weeks following the purchase, but the website showed my status merely as "new order" with no information on the shipping. Finally, the website said it had been shipped to me. But the camera didn't arrive. I was not able to get through on the phone, due to the long wait times. On the last day of the 7-9 business day ground shipping period, I got an email that my order had been cancelled. The same email said that I would receive another email when the camera had been shipped. I was confused. Was my order cancelled or delayed? Thankfully the email provided a direct phone extension so I was able to call without being put on hold. The representative on the phone confirmed that the order had been cancelled, and that I would never be receiving the camera. No charges had been made to my account.
Due to the lack of feedback for the order status, and the 2 weeks that it took the company to tell me I would not be getting the camera I ordered, I will never again attempt to order something from this site."
"Had the lowest advertised price for a Nikon D60. I was told that it was a great camera plenty amd that had plenty in stock . They called to confirm shipping address etc. and tried to upsell many accessories (batteries, memory, lenses, filters, etc.) I told them I was all set and just wanted the camera body. Later that night I received an e-mail telling me that my order was cancelled. The e-mail stated that there were shortages - out of stock due to the economy. I called the next day from another telephone and the pleasant sales person informed me that they did have the camera in stock.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau."
"VERY UNSATISFIED !!!! with US1Camera/US1Photo.
I purchased an expensevie camcorder online. A WEEK later the send me an e-mail saying they cancled my order. What? I tried calling and the 1-877-300-507. No answer all day. They just gave me muzak and hang up on you five minutes later, all three times I called. Not to mention the are only open from 11 to 5pm. NEVER AGAIN, went to ABE's and made my purchase no problem."
"Bad bad bad retailer.
Reason 1. Do Not handle the order correctly - first of all, the billing dept can't go through the order and then the shipping dept e-mailed me that 'the product went out' (no tracking or nothing). The product never came so I had to call in and they blamed UPS.
Reason 2. not enough customer service crew - I had to call a few times and every time I had to wait more than 30 minute ( my record is 48 minute)
Reason 3. The Suspicious item - after 28 days of waiting, they finally sent me the open box of the product without a manual or an warranty. The product seems to be a new but is it wrong for me not to trust them after all this happening.
I bought over $1,000 camera from them and not coming back no matter how cheap their price is..
As matter of fact, I bought my zoom lens and flash from somewhere else.
The worst dealer I had dealt with.

"I ordered a Macbook Pro from US1 Camera on December 29 and selected the free shipping option. After waiting 10 business days without any email showing a tracking number nor receipt of the product, I contacted customer support. After waiting about 45 minutes on hold to get a customer service person, I was informed that the "unit was damaged in shipment" and "a replacement unit will be shipped sometime during the week of January 19-23." I explained that I was departing on 2 weeks of business travel on January 18 and asked if there was any way to accelerate the process. I was informed probably not, but they the support person (ext 328) would see what could be done.
I have difficulty believing the explanation above. "
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
Still have not received my TV. Finally spoke to Dominic on Wednesday, after 45 minutes on hold. "didn't you get the email?, there was a break-in at the warehouse, your TV was stolen" Give me a break!
I have yet to have any communication from US1Photo, aka US1Camera, aka Photomania. Dominic promised a call back, never did.
Thank goodness I used a major credit card, and disputed the charge. I won't have to pay it until the dispute is resolved."
"After more than ten days, the order is cancelled.
For the entire time, the product (Sony DSLR-A900) was listed as "in stock". Now it's still listed as "in stock" albeit at a higher price.
Still I got this lame excuse for the cancellation:
"Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen shortage in our supply of merchandise from our wholesalers, many of whom have been affected by today's weakened economy, we have to cancel your order."
If there truly were a shortage, the web site should not list the product as being in stock, and if it truly were a shortage, then there would be no price change, since an unavailable product has no price.
So they update the web site enough that they can put in a new price, but not enough to update availability? Hardly convincing.
Much more telling was, that I wrote in the order comments that I would not accept any upselling, extended warranties, etc. The result was that my order went into "review" status and stayed there for days until I called, I was then offered to cancel the order, because it would take up to ten days to get the product. I said I could wait. So then they cancelled the order.
I bet, had I been willing to buy their overpriced memory cards (I bought a 16GB SanDisk Extreme IV from Adorama for the same price they try to sell the 8GB version) and/or extended warranties, I bet that camera would be in my hands by now. But then I might as well just buy it at the Sony store a few minutes from here.
Web shops should not pretend to be discounters, if they can't stick to their end of the deal. I expect no service, recommendation, but I want rock-bottom prices with no fuss. I know what I want, and I want to order that, and nothing else. Drop ship directly from the distributor or factory, that's what I want."
"VERY UNSCRUPULOUS - AVOID US1CAMERA
I ordered a digital camera from US1Camera for a very low price online. After placing my order, I received an e-mail telling me to call and confirm my order. When I called, US1Camera tried to sell me additional accessories, which I declined to purchase. After declining to purchase the additional items, I was told the camera would not ship for 2 weeks and I was asked if I wanted to wait. I agreed to wait.
One week later I received an e-mail saying my order had been canceled because the camera is out of stock due to an "unforeseen shortage". I went to the US1Camera website and found the camera listed as "in stock". The price on the camera had gone up $25.
It's hard for me to know exactly what is going on, but it appears to me that US1Camera is unwilling to honor their low price when the customer declines to purchase additional items. It appears to me from their own website that the camera is in stock, so that the "unforeseen shortage" reason for cancellation is a fabrication.
I called US1Camera and asked if the camera was in stock, and was told it was. When I then told them that my order for this camera had just been canceled due to being out of stock, I was told there is a 3-4 week wait list. Seems they have trouble keeping their story straight.
VERY UNSCRUPULOUS - AVOID US1CAMERA

"I should have known better. Especially after reading earlier reviews. I ordered a Rebel XS for $ 434 on 1/7/09. I went with free shipping b/c I did not need it for a specific date. On 1/9 I called the phone number from an email that told me to call to confirm my order. At that time I was pressured to buy other items. I did not need other items and planned on buying additional lenses once I had played with the camera. I was told that the order would be processed. Today on 1/13 I emailed to check on the order and a few hours later got a computer generated email stating the order had been canceled. The camera is still available online and is now $455. When I called to try and figure out how to get this camera the staff was rude and told me there was nothing they could do. Why advertise a product you can not or had no intention on delivering? I will never order anything from them again."
"I ordered a Canon VIXIA HF100 camcorder from them online on 12-30-08. AFTER the Christmas rush. The item was listed "in stock" and with free shipping, was supposed to arrive in 7 to 9 days. The link in the confirmation email to Track Shipping just went to a generic page with no info on how to track a shipment. I emailed them twice asking for status and received no reply. Finally today I called them and was put on automated HOLD for 30 minutes. Yes, 30 minutes. Only to be told the item was backordered and had never been shipped. They SAID they had sent me two emails on Saturday. Well I have ALL of the emails in my trash and junk folders from those days and there was no email from them. I told him to cancel the order and he did, sending me an immediate confirmation of the cancellation via email which I DID receive--further evidence they'd never sent the previous emails as claimed. I've just gone to Amazon and ordered this item from them, with free shipping, and I'll receive it in two days. Do not even BOTHER with this company. It will only aggravate you."
"Never try to buy any stuffs from this company. They don't actually selling items, they will just try to charge your money and hold on to your money for some other purposes."
"Ordered a Canon XSi body only, labeled as "In Stock" on the web site and that I would receive it in 7-9 days with free shipping.
Over a week later I received a high pressure sales call trying to get me to upgrade, as they said the battery that came with the body I ordered only lasted for 20 minutes. They said the camera was then out of stock and would be shipped over a week later, and that I could expect it 7-9 days after THAT (which would've made for a total of over 23 days after I ordered it). The day after I turned down their upgrade offers I received an email saying my order had been cancelled.
Don't waste your time trying to save money, by the time you buy a real battery you haven't saved anything anyway, that's IF they actually ship you the product, and it's not worth the stress of their high pressure 'confirmation' sales call."
