"I bought a Canon VIXIA HF10 Flash Memory High Definition Camcorder from US1photo.com and I was very satisfied with my order. The price was the best that I had seen at the time from a reputable dealer, at $770. I received the item exactly as it was described in the online advertisement. Shipping was prompt. I got the camera to make family movies and take photos and it has worked really well. In fact, I have recommended the camera to many friends. I would definitely order from US1photo.com again. "I placed my order with US1Camera.com because it had the lowest price for the Nikon D300 camera body. I purchased the body only and I got the camera a week later. I liked how I was able to use Paypal for my payment which worked great for me."

"BUYER BEWARE!!!! Don't waste your time I can't imagine the good reviews on here are legit. After purchasing I waited 3 days order still showed "new order" then called after waiting over 30 mins on hold I was told it was going to ship out, next day order changed to "billing/verification". Next day status changed to "product review". SO after 6 business days I called again, they said oh we canceled your order but the site didn't show it. They claimed they sent emails didn't not receive them in inbox or spam. I refresh the site after the call and order shows canceled. I am guessing they either could not find the product at the price they sold it to me or they could not steal it from a local store to ship. Either way completely disappointed in my experience! NEVER AGAIN "

"UPDATE: US1Photo has seemed to gain control of there business again. It is amazing what happens when a business shows it does care about it's customers. I recieved a call from Donna and she gave me her apologies for my whole experiance. I let her know that I reordered the camera from somewhere else and she did right by her company doing some thing she didn't have to. Well she sent me a 4gb CF card for the camera and kept my business I am new to photography and plan to order more in the future and yes I would give US1photo a chance again now that there prices on there sight are compeditive not scary cheap. I feel with good customer service that they could be a real good place to shop from and that they are on the right track. Thank you Donna you kept a customer and I am glad to see that US1photo does care about there customers. If you get rid of the 40min wait for customer service I feel US1photo could build a real good reputation.

I am hoping that my experience does not follow the other problems I have talked to customer service once already they seemed rushed and there was a 45 minute wait. I am scared right now after looking up there better business bureau report but in there defense there was no pressure to buy any thing that was offered. It has been a week so far and my card has not been charged or my item shipped. The price for the product I ordered was the cheapest online. I am scared that my order will be cancelled due to the fact the item I ordered has increased in price on there sight by over a hundred dollars since I put in my order. I am not going to say that they are going to do that but I will update this review as my transaction continues. I would say I would definitely order from them again if I get the product ordered at the price I ordered it at. The wait time is crazy for customer service but there reps where polite. So far my only gripe is the time processing is taking. My account is in product review where it has been since I talked to customer service on wens it is sunday. I was informed that I would receive a tracking number by the end of the week. I am patient and will wait it out and give them a chance to do right. Will update soon.

Bait and switch company. If the price looks to good to be true it is. I am not saying they are this way with every order. But seems to be the popular cencus. They canceled my order like any one elses. Guess you have to order accessories for them to send you your item. I was expecting a grey market item at the price I would have paid about $250 less than sonystyle sells it for. I ordered before reading there review here till it got spooky like my card was never charged then I started investigating BBB(Better Business Bureau) and other seller rating sights big scam here. Only good news they didn't chage my card and I was prepared for the infamous order canceled email to come. Bought my camera esle where. IF IT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS PEOPLE!!!!!!!

"I ordered an XSI on Dec. 17 and had the follow up phone call to sell me more upgrades a couple of days later. I was told that the camera was in stock and that they would get it out in the next couple of days. I haven't heard from them since or recieved the product. It is now listed on my order as out to be delivered, whatever that means. I guess it is now somehow out of stock. They either do not answer the phone at all or put you on hold for at least 40 minutes before you can get to a live person. I am just guessing at that since I did not stay on the line after the answering machine said the wait time would be that long. At least they warn you that you will be on hold a long time but who has that much time to waste, not me. If the camera is not here by the middle of next week I will try and cnacel the order and do business with someone with good service."

I remember my order from you and I am also aware of the very bad reputation posted in RR about you. Indeed, that is true and after reading the feedback, me myself changed my mind on making more orders with you even you always provide the lowest prices. In addition what I do remember with the purchase from you was relatively slow (2 weeks) shipping time compared to other photo online stores and unclear tracking system for your customers. Other than that I had no complains ordering from you. Keep in mind these two factors are very important and customers like me are very sensitive about the time of arrival and tracking the order. Being that said, I am looking forward to make another purchase from you and see if you have improved your weaknesses.

"Never will I order from them again. I purchased a Nikon D60 on 12/28. I picked free shipping so it said 7-9 business days. I added it up keeping in mine the holidays and expected it here by today 1/10. Instead I received an e-mail today cancelling my order due to shortage and the weak economy....although when I go on the site it's still for sale and in stock but the price increase $49...to me it just seems like they are out to make the buck and don't care about customer service."

"I checked out us1photo/us1camera at a few review sites (epinions and here) before buying. The majority of the reviews seemed good, so I went ahead and ordered our camera. I placed the order on a Tuesday with promises that it would arrive in 7-9 business days. 9 business days later I get an email telling me to call Patrick at us1photo. At this point I realize I've been duped, but I call anyway. He asks me "I was just wondering if you have any questions?" Are you kidding me? just send me my camera! Anyway, then he tried to sell me all these "necessary" accessories, which I politely declined. I was told the camera would be shipped the next day and I would receive a tracking # via email. Instead, I got an email cancelling my order due to the "unforseen shortage of goods". Unbelievable. DO NOT BOTHER with this company. I was delighted to find the same camera on newegg.com for $10 more and free 3-day shipping... so worth it."

"I was a bit skeptical about ordering from US1 because of all the December reviews. I decided to take my chance because it was a good deal. I ordered & expressed my concerns in the comment box about the delivery time. Shortly after, I received an email from an individual rep, Bobby. He explained that they got behind during the Christmas rush & were working to correct problems for future orders. He discussed shipping times and options and recommended some necessary accessories. After the order was complete he sent a confirmation email with a tracking number & the camera actually arrived ahead of time! I've only used it a few times, but so far so good.



I would highly recommend this company... just communicate if you have concerns. They make it easy by only having one very accessible rep to deal with (via email or phone). Thanks Bobby!

"I called to confirm availability of a sony cybershot camera they had on line as being instock.I was then advised that the price on the internet was not the price if you ordered it over the phone. The man confirmed that the camera was indeed instock with no worry of running out of them. I placed the order within minutes of talking to him. Here it is 6 days later and I get an email stating the the order is canceled. Upon trying to contact them (2 phone batteries worth of waiting) NOTHING.Due to high volume.....I got back onto their website and low and behold the price went up $58.00.
I informed the bbb of New Jersey of this company and what they seemed to be up to. As far as I know they will contact them.
UPDATE: On 1/9/09 I called them again and talked to Dominic. A CS rep., that I waited for 50 min on hold. He told me that the sales people have no way of knowing if an item is in stock or not. They check a computer on the floor and it shows the item is in stock. Total BS if I ever heard it. IRS if your reading, this would be a great company to Audit because they don't know their own inventory. When I confronted him about the price adjustment he told me it was an increase to keep new customers from purchasing it. I advised him that a simple change from "instock" to "out of stock" would be a better way. He said he would advise his manager.
I ordered the camera yesterday from Amazon.com
UPDATE 1/20: Camera came from amazon within a couple days and it is just as promised.....no problems.

"I ordered a canon g10 on Dec 6 2008. Did not hear from company so I e-mailed on Dec 11 to check on status..no response. Called Dec 12 talked to Alex who said there was no guarantee that it would arrive before Christmas so I cancelled order. Got an e-mail from Alex saying that I would get a refund to my credit card within 24/48 hrs. It is now Jan 8th and no refund has been posted to my card which should have never been charged to begin with since they did not have the item. I tried to call many times but get put on hold forever. My credit card company is now handeling the matter. Do not use this company...big scam!!"
