"US1photo offers the best prices on some cameras. They had the best price for the d300 and that's what i purchased from them. Communication was very good and the customer service reps were pretty friendly. The only complaint i have is that they take their time processing their orders. It took them 7 days to get it shipped out from their store and shipping took another 7 days to reach my front door. The camera came in excellent condition and it was a USA with the usa nikon warranty. If you dont mind the wait time and saving money is important to you then these guys are the perfect store for you. "

I am going on a trip and would like to have the camera before I go but when I went to contact them today I found they were closed the 9th and 10th. At this point I will not get my camera on time for my trip when I would have had they shipped it when they were supposed to."

"Just know before you order that if you want the free shipping deal they offer, you'll be forced to wait a week before they ship. They put the paid shipping orders before yours. This was the case in my order. When I called and asked why my in-stock order took 5 days before it shipped, they hung up on me.
Also, be sure they get your address right. I had to call them 4 times on that.

"Update to earlier review: Was contacted by Kevin in response to my earlier expressed dissatisfaction. Order was shipped same day as a result, and tracking number provided. Explanation was given about delay in shipment (drop ship delay; error made entering tracking information). Seems to me the vendor has done the best they can to rectify the situation. Waiting over a week to get a tracking number is an unusual experience for me. However, knowing someone with a conscience and a desire to do the right thing is at the other end is a great comfort. I would suggest that phone-centric customer service, where calls are required, should be reconsidered. It seems likely that most people order online to avoid phone contact, not to foster it. I want to be sure to add that prices are the best anywhere on the item I purchased . . . by a significant amount. It seems that may be tied to the delay in initial processing, and is somewhat alluded to in the paragraph at the bottom of the web-site. HOWEVER, am still waiting for information regarding the 3 year bubl replacement warranty that I had asked about twice via email, and have not received the information requested.
