"These guys are SCAM ARTISTS!!!
I found a great deal on Froogle for these guys on a DSC-M1 it was nicely priced at $389. I was like SWEET. Then they emailed me asking me to call steve x104. We called steve to see whats going on with our order. My girlfriend was talking to them while I was on the line. He asked her about the order and told her that the battery and cradle will cost $129! I was like wtf, I told her no we dont need the battery if its like that. I could easly run to my local electronic store and get it for $90, but the battery and cradle should have come with the camera for free in the original box from sony. So we didnt say anything. then he started to get hostile with her saying, "How are you going to user this without a battery!?" As she was trying to tell him just send the camera if that only what we paid for. Then before the phone call ends my gf asks about the upgraded shipping to get it 5-7days. He comment, "ohh yea we are out of stock on this camera, it will take 17-21days to get to you." We gasped for air thinking is this dude for real? He was not only trying to scam a extra $129 and take our $25 for faster shipping and rip us off... How can this dude sleep at night? So we ended the call with a cancelation of our order.

"AVOID THIS RESELLER AT ALL COSTS. Product said "in stock" when i ordered. They are now telling me it will be over a month because it is a low-cost, "overseas" model. It said nothing about being an "overseas" model when I ordered it. They offered to sell me the USA version for $300 more. They also tried to pressure sell me a ton of accessories after they told me it would cost $300 more for the camera - and they said they were doing me a favor. "

"Found the lowest price on my Canon A85 from this seller. Had a pleasant buying experience. Was offered a discount on better rechargable batteries than the ones I had ordered. Shipping was remarkably fast. The website was also easy to use. I have suggested USA to others and would use them again.

"Ditto... I ordered an Olympus E-300 digital camera from this site. Later in the evening after placing the order I came across resellerratings.com and was therefore familiar with their scam. Sure enough, two days later I received an email asking me to call Jason. Jason tried to sell me an extremely expensive warranty, after refusing, he tried to tell me that the camera didn't come with the battery or the charger (both do according to Olympus, but what do they know). At this point in the conversation, I told him that I knew all about their scam and told him to cancel my order. He did so immediately without asking even a single question. He didn't even try to refute my statement."

"Yeah. I have the same old story everyone else here has...

Got the same stupid email to call stupid Steve, tried several days to talk to stupid Steve, finally got a hold of stupid Steve and he tried to sell me a stupid $50 battery. When I said no, he said expect my camera in 14-21 days (I had ordered express shipping originally). I told stupid Steve no way, cancel my order, and stupid Steve did.

USA Photo Nation is a scam and should be taken off of Froogle's listing. Anyone can offer rock bottom pricing when they don't really deliver what they offer.

I just wish I saw this site first before ordering.

I hope everyone who runs and works in USA Photo Nation's terrible company has horrible lives and rots in hell :)

"the orders came from Russia. He then added that she sounded sweet over the phone and asked her for a picture and if he actually liked her, she would be added at the top of the waiting list. The camera was canceled. Don’t make business with this company; they are a shameless fraudulent time-wasting “company”."

"I ordered an Olympus digital camera from USA Photo Nation on 11/7/04. Within a few days, the company had charged my purchase to my credit card. It is now almost 8 weeks later and the company has yet to even ship the product. In addition, the company does not respond to inquires sent to customer service. This has been some of the poorest company performance it has ever been my misfortune to encounter."

"FALSE ADVERTISING. The website offered the digital camera for $405.00 plus shipping and tax. Very straight forward. I purchased the item and later received an email saying they are trying to reach me. I called back and they informed me the camera came WITHOUT memory, battery, or cables, and that if I wanted those, I'd have to pay an extra $250. Of course, there was no mention of this on the website. This is obviously a scam, and I question it's legality."

"Almost identical story to what has been written here before, I ordered a Nikon D70 at an unbelivably low price. The next day I recieved a order telling me to contact "Mike at extension 101". Once I finally got mike on the phone, I was harassed by him asking me to purchase A battery for the camera, a quick froggle showed me new D70 batteries 1/10th the price of what they are charging. I was then asked to purchase "insurance" since this is an international model and does not come with any warranty protection. I countered with the fact that my american express card had purchase protection, he blew this off sayint that american express does not cover "international models".

"Ordered a digicam, they told me to call them, when I declined all of the extra crap they asked me to add they said it was back-ordered for 6 weeks, I said I didn't mind waiting, as soon as I hung up I received an e-mail that the order has been cancelled. Clearly the price was a LIE, they won't sell you the camera unless you add the extra crap."

"Order confirmation required that I call these folks. My phone call was an opportunity for them to give a sales pitch, which was aggressive, and to which I partially agreed (clearly a mistake on my part). I e-mailed inquiring about the new bottom line cost; the e-mail was not acknowledged. I paid extra (handsomely) for expedited shipping; it arrived in 6 business days instead of 3-5. I called "service" to inquire about: (1) a $10 add-on fee for "insurance" of which I was not apprised; "sorry", (2) "service" said the day that the shipment is picked up by DHL "does not count as a shipment day", therefore it did arrive on time, (3) I asked to speak to a supervisor -- "I am a supervisor", (4) I asked to be transferred to the return department to acquire an authorization number -- "no, I'm not going to transfer you." The "service" person was rude and insulting (he did not offer his name), talked over my comments and answers, and was not interested in addressing my satisfaction. In my judgment, "buyer beware" is an inadequate warning; this outfit should have a non-endorsement rating. The very low price posted on the internet is a come-on, and the written policy of the company is inaccurate, if not deceitful and outright dishonest. Spend your money elsewhere."

"Like everyone else, this company "tried" to scam me too. Does anyone know what state this company is located in? If the attorney general's office (located in the state in which this company does business) receive enough complaints about this company, they will shut them down....I know I used to work for the Indiana Attorney General's Office.

I am thankful that I was one of the individuals that cancelled my order. PLEASE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.....ALSO, I RECEIVED THE SAME SCAM FROM ROYAL CAMERA TOO.

"The prices are low only because they work the up-sell on accessories. When you refuse to buy any of the expensive accessories all of a sudden they are not able to send anything overnight. The estimated 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. When I said that was unacceptable they immediately cancelled the order and hung up on me. They went as far as to not include a battery with the digital camera I was trying to purchase. I know the basic unit from Canon does include a battery."
