The line was frequently busy. l left 4-5 voice mails an 3 e-mails but "Bill" at extension 107 never called back. I then left voice mail and e-mail to cancel the order. No question that the "list" price of their accessories is overprice. Epson list price for Photo Mate printer is $199 and it "lists" here for $299"
"Retailer called to try to sell me a battery pack to go along with the camera which I had purchased as a christmas gift for someone else. When I suggested that the cheaper rechargeables that i had used and bought for a cheaper price in the past seemed to be suitable enough, he was very rude, said that the product would be received in 14 to 21 days and abruptly hung up on me. This, in spite of the fact that the website said the camera was 'in stock' and offered 7 to 12 business day shipping."

"BAIT AND SWITCH! I was told the Nikon D70 was in stock. It was the lowest price on the net, so I was very excited. Once I placed the order online, I got an email saying they needed to "confirm my order". This was just a session to try to sell me $15 accessories for $300. Once I said that I wasn't interested in the accessories, they told me that the item wasn't in stock. Figures."

I ordered in good faith only to discover that this organization will NOT fulfill your order unless you purchase overpriced, low quality accessories. Their customer service department doesn't respond to e-mail or telephone calls.

"Placed order for Cannon A95 digital camera. Thought I had found a great deal. Price was right but poor service.
Email and phone calls were placed letting me know there was a problem with my order. The "problem" was that I only wanted the camera and none of the extras. After speaking to the customer service rep, he confirmed my info and said it would be shipped in 7 - 14 days. A few hours later, I received an email that my camera was on backorder and it would be 4 - 6 weeks before I could get the camera. The email gave me the option to cancel, and I did so immediately. This is a Christmas gift and I can't play games and wait.
I will not shop this site again."

"I have to agree with the other reviewers, these guys are scam artists. After placing the order for Sony DCR-HC40 camera, I was sent an email to call them up and talk to guy named Steve. When I spoke to the sales person I was told that it the camera did not have battery and charger, asked $50 for the charger and $150 for the battery though according to him it was a US model and was factory sealed. I was kind of scared of dealing with these guys and cancelled the order. When I googled for this Sony camcorder, USA Photo Nation ad showed up at the very top of the page stating that this model camera was in factory sealed box and ready to be shipped. This kind of decptive business practice should be stopped."
"I am in the process of waiting on a Sony DCR-HC40 and ws told to give them an authorization code after two days of waiting to be notified of this need. When I spoke to the sales person I was told that it was ready to be shipped and was pressured into buying over priced accessories. I then contacted "Mike" and was told that my camera is backordered and that I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery. He said the entire lot had to be shipped back to Sony. I then checked their website and was told that it was in stock and ready to go. I will be filing a BBB report and hopes this place get shut down. By the way, I was also told that there were no batteries included but yet was told this item was factory sealed. I checked with Sony and they said it did come with a battery. What a cheap way to sell accessories!!! Hope you take my advice and shop elsewhere."

Bait with a low price for the camera, call and push the accessories, if they don't buy any tell 'em it's backordered. Accessories are often 200% of typical retail price."
