They seem nice but unable to coordinate properly. I was asked if I wanted to pay an additional $149 for a White Glove delivery since it's about 125 feet from the parking lot to my boat. (easy level access)They just want to DUMP it. If it went to a home they would get it to the front door. I just wanted to get it and move on. Poor communication and cooperation. LISA DELIVERY in W. Palm Beach is horrible and made this purchase intolerable. We got the delivery but LISA DELIVERY is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. "
"CRT364WN was delivered 10/29. Reported defect on 10/31. US-Appliance said I have to contact with manufacturer for defect and get repaired. I have paid over $3000 to US-Appliance , as trusted dealer to deliver a perfect condition rangetop.
if US-appliance sold defected item, they should take care the problem and their customers. In this case, US-appliance only sell and get the money; but, don't care what kind of product delivered to customer. Never use US-Appliance again and Never recommend to any one.

"On 10/5/12 we called to check availability on a product. We were told it would take a couple weeks to ship. We asked if we could blind ship (no invoice on package) because it was going to a Customer of ours. We were told NO PROBLEM. We placed the order on 10/5, received an Invoice on 10/8 and our Credit Card was charged on 10/10. We called 10/15 to check status and just then they told us that they would not sell to resellers (we are a reseller). We understand that a Company can have any policy they want, but we don't understand why would they 1) Not tell us anything over the phone before the purchase, 2) Accept and process the order, 3) Charge, 4) Wait 5 more days and just then tell us they will not ship. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
*NOTE on 3/13/2013 about response from Seller stating:
"We were not under the impression you were a reseller when the order was originally placed."
On 10/5 we actually told the salesperson that we were resellers and required BLIND Drop-ship to our Customer. So the argument that "we were not under the impression you were a reseller" is not true.
And, once more, this Seller:
1) Did NOT tell us anything over the phone before the purchase.
2) Accepted and processed the order
3) Charged our Credit Card
4) Waited 5 more days and just then tell us they will not ship.
Any issues with a Buyer should be told to the Buyer UPFRONT, not 5 days after having quoted, accepted, processed and charged the order.
*Note on 3/14 about response on 3/14 from Seller stating:
"Your order was placed via our website, not over the phone, and there was no indication on your order that this was for resell purposes until your shipping address was flagged. We're sorry but these policies are in place by the manufacturer to keep unqualified and unauthorized retailers from reselling their goods.
Once more:
1) We CALLED before placing the order and mentioned we were resellers and asked if we could drop ship. YOUR sales person told us no problem.
2) If there's something to prevent a Reseller from buying from you, then you SHOULD NOTE IT in your order form and maybe ask the Buyer if he's a Reseller.
3) The Shipping Address in the order was of a Consumer, so no way it was flagged as a resellers. That's nonsense.
4) If you have to check for flags of shipping address (or whatever the reason), then DO NOT CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD FIRST.
5) If you have to check for flags of any kind, then have your program do it BEFORE accepting the order. At most, the following day after receiving the order. Not 5 days after having received, accepted and charged the order.
We understand that Manufacturers have rules and that Dealers have to follow rules. But it's not good to inflict pain (credit card charges, wasted time, etc) on others because of your badly designed processes.

Finally an apology that seems honest. And seems that you are a Company that cares for your Customers. I have changed the review to Neutral. I would still recommend that you change your processes so things like this do not happen again. "
"They were ok but not on top of orders --after 3 weeks I asked to cancel order and change to a different brand. They said OK it was in stock--why not tell me 3 weeks earlier? To get it delivered was hard...no one would confirm a delivery date until 1 hour before delivery...too late for my plumber to be available to install gas range...It had to go in after I went home from my summer house. The refrigerator was delivered and put in basement as I requested--but not installed with handles etc.I paid $149 for white glove service but it was not evident. They do not install only deliver!!!!"

"I attempted to have my applicance delivered to the address of the installation vendor. This required major red tape. I mistyped a zipcode but had the delivery address was correct. Because of this error, US Appliance extorted an extra $100 out of me even though the zip code where the delivery was taking place was a much easier place to get to. This has been an all around bad experience and I would advise avoiding this company."
