"Hi all,
I have orderd a long list of appliances (See below) on Jan 16 but still have not received my order as of March 11. US Appliance may carry low prices with good products. But their shipping carrier (homedirectusa)and customer service is irresponsible, poor and beaurocratic at best. I was told Homedirectusa misplaced three items of the whole order and US appliance said they shipped replacements but there is no delivery yet. I asked for partial delivery of the items that were not lost and currently in the local warehouse. But you get run around and no response from US appliance. They tell you to check with Homedirectusa.
If you are risking smooth shipping for a cheap price, go for it. But once you run into a shipping/delivery problem, you will understand what I am saying here.

"I am very impressed with US Appliance. My GE wall microwave/convection oven arrived in great shape. I made sure to open the item upon arrival and inspect it before the delivery person left per US Appliance policy. The only thing I would do differently is order the white glove service in order to get the item delivered into my house. My husband and the electricians struggled to get it into the house. I will remember this for future purchases of large items. I recommend US Appliance because I could not beat the price when compared to big box stores ($600 less)and I received it within 3 week timeframe as indicated. Will order matching refrigerator next..."

"We have not taken delivery. I will say that the on-line pricing was not straight forward. There was a sale on the particular units (washer/dryer) that we could not get in our cart. There was also an on-line promotion of $50 off when you bought a pair of machines. It took two days and several phone calls and emails to get US Appliance to honor their own offerings. They did do it and they were pleasant about it. In my opinion, it shouldn't take all that time to get what they offered in writing on their own web site.
Please send a follow up email in two weeks. We will have received our LG washer and dryer and I can complete the review with a full experience."

"!!!!! Steer clear of us appliance if you want good customer service!!! I purchased a $3600 Electrolux refrigerator from us appliance that came damaged. After removing the wrapping from the the refrigerator and opening the door glass flew all over my floor. I thought oh it's only a shelf that's broken so I cleaned it up and finished unpacking it. After getting it all unpacked and cleaned up I pushed it into place and plugged it in. After stepping back from it my builder noticed it had door damage like it had been dropped on its top left side, I immediately called us appliance ( 1 hour after delivery) and the only thing they could tell me is they will not send me a new refrigerator or accept a return because I plugged it in and it's against their policy to accept plugged in refrigerators. I have checked all email correspondence and I can't find anything stating that. I bought a $1200 dishwasher from them back in November and had no issues, my plans to buy the Electrolux cooktop and double oven from us appliance is definitely out of the question at this point. It's sad that I am forced to take legal action to get this matter corrected. All the service person was worried about was she was getting off at 3. "

"I purchased two very expensive LG machines from US Appliance. The washer came damaged. They did nothing to help me and only claimed that the report of damage had not been made within 24 hours--which it had. My husband is so angry that he is bringing a law suit against them to get our money back. Their only offer to help was a return with us paying a restocking fee. Disgusting! Unethical!"
"I was somewhat skeptical about purchasing a 3000$ TV online. However, I can't express how happy I am with the service Jennifer @ US-Appliance gave me. She was quick to respond to my questions/concerns both BEFORE and AFTER the sale.
60" Samsung TV arrived safe and sound. Honestly, their 30 Day return policy leaves the competitors in the dust. Not to mention their price being 700$ less than the local stores.
Also, didn't have to deal with high pressure sales people trying to sell me a 50$ HDMI cable!
