"Beware Ordering from US Appliance. I think what they do, is very close to unethical.
I was very hesitant using US Appliance, because of the recent reviews of customers waiting weeks for their appliances only to be informed that their order was cancelled. On 12/31/2011, I placed an order from US Appliance for a Whirlpool stainless steel double convection oven. On January 19, 2012 I receive an email informing me that my order was cancelled and it would be 2-3 days before I would have the refund credited back to my charge card. In my case US Appliance was no help in finding any replacement for the Whirlpool Double Oven I ordered. From other review sites that I have looked at this seems to be Standard Operating Procedure at US Appliance. Most legitimate online businesses won't charge you until the product is shipped, we will see how long it takes US Appliance to credit back my Charge Card.
p.s. I spoke with Whirlpool Corporate offices in Benton Harbor about what I was told by US Appliance. They were not pleased. "
"At first, I was a bit skeptical about US Appliance's lowest prices, especially given some of the past reviews I read about order processing errors and very late shipping times, but I decided to give it a shot anyways (my kitchen project didn't call for the appliances for 7 weeks, so I had plenty of cushion time). I had ordered 3 large kitchen appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher). Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised with the results - my order was submitted mid-December, and though I was expecting them to be delivered by end of January to mid-February (based on their instructions), everything arrived in the second week of January (especially given it was during prime holiday shopping season)! I also appreciated that I was constantly in the e-mail loop with the company (automatic order confirmation e-mail with detailed instructions, shipping notifications, etc.). Additionally, the shipping service reached out to me, had a handy web-scheduling site to schedule the delivery, had a prior-day reminder call as well as called in person right before the delivery. All in all, I am VERY happy with US Appliance will no doubt look to them if I need appliances in the future. "
"DON'T BUY FROM US APPLIANCE. I ordered an LG stove from US Appliance on Cyber Monday. I paid the same price for it as was advertised at my local appliance store, but because it was available sooner, I ordered from US Appliance. While my kitchen was being remodeled, the contractors signed for the delivery and stored the appliance in my garage. When we opened the box a week later, we found that it was damaged. My several calls to US Appliance have been falling on deaf ears. All they tell me is that they have a 1-day inspection policy from delivery. If you don't get to inspect within that 1-day, you're out of luck! When I said I want to return the unit, they said you can't because now it's damaged. So, I'm fighting with them currently to get my stove replaced. My kitchen remodel is complete and I have no way to cook. That's how I spent the holidays. I hope US Appliance will see the error of their unfair practices, and honor their return policy very soon."

"US Appliance delivered exactly what they said they'd do. I bought a big screen TV that had to be shipped freight since it was too big for UPS or Fedex. When other online dealers offer free freight, they want to charge you extra for high value insurance or rural zip codes. Not US Appliance. It was a straight forward, easy transaction. They had the lowest price to begin with and no hidden charges. Nice."
"Product arrived in excellent condition. customer service was excellent. I am in the city and needed someone to remove the front doors to get it into the apartment. This service was not provided and caused me a headache. A service to remove the old refrigerator and take offf doors to get into house would be helpful. The fact that movers will not do this should be noted on the site."

Wouldn't bother with the "white glove" service - they did no more than dump the refrigerator in our kitchen - no set-up whatsoever."
