"I have nothing but the highest respect for Larry and Jennifer at US Appliance. They were friendly, informative, helpful and knew the products well.
None of their fault, but my large screen LED HDTV came in damaged. They handled it INSTANTLY and a new one was on its way before the damaged one was 20 feet down the road.
Later, Sony failed to honor a bonus to which I was entitled to from my purchase despite me completing the application correctly and in time. Sony told me "sorry." Boooooo!!! US Appliance'd Larry Teller said "Let us handle that for you!" And they did.
They got the Sony rep to prompt Sony to not only make good on the bonus, but I got a few extra perks as well. They are also going to help me to take care of another problem that I have with Sony FOR A UNIT THAT I DIDN'T EVEN GET FROM THEM!!! Now that's service folks!!!

"I am very happy with US Appliance! This was my first purchase of a large, expensive electronic device over the 'net (60" Samsung HDTV) and I must admit to being a bit concerned. Their customer service answered my call within a couple of rings and answered my questions quickly and politely (this being on Black Friday even!). The shipping service (Pilot) sent email updates and links to allow us to set up a delivery appointment. The TV arrived in our local area 6 days after ordering and was in our living room by day #9. The price was great (and there were some extra 3D glasses and a blu-ray player included as well) and I haven't found a price elsewhere close to what I paid in the 2.5 weeks since my purchase. The TV was a recent build (October 2011) and is working beautifully. All-in-all, this is shaping up to be a perfect experience! Thanks US Appliance!"

"I will NEVER shop at this retailer ever again! I purchased a Samsung washer/dryer pair, and the very next day saw the same products for $800.00 less. Since this retailer had a 110% price match guarantee I felt safe. I contacted US Appliance with the competing retailers information, the rep checked the website for verification. The moment that this very HUGE price difference was verified, the rep got an ugly attitude and told me there was "no way they would honor the price match" due to the fact that it was below their cost. First, it was not my concern about their cost or anything else, I was just an end customer. Second, "no way", how could you tell a customer that there was "no way" to honor your own advertised price match guarantee. That was a very unpleasent experience to say the least. Thank goodness my order had not been fully processed at that time (weekend order). I had to tell the rep to cancel my order immediately! Needless to say, I purchased my Samsung washer/dryer pair from the other retaler and I am very happy I did not waste my much needed $800.00.

I never said that I was not satisfied with the terms of your "price match guarantee". First, the item's price was not on a Black Friday or Cyber Monday sale. The item price was listed for three weeks before such dates, as I confirmed with the retailers printed advertised prices. Surely every lower price on the internet was not just because of those specific days. It was VERY EASY not to honor any prices on that weekend due to the convenient stipulation on your "price match guarantee". My main concern was the nasty attitude of the rep that handled the situation. It was a very bad way to treat a customer, and my business was lost because of it. Needless to say, none of this really makes a difference, as I will NEVER do business with your company again! Thank goodness I did not fall into the "oops we made a price mistake" debacle that so many ratings on here have confirmed."
