I contacted a customer service, sent pictures of the dress I received and was offered 50% off, not a refund. The fabric is different than advertised. The second outfit is such a poor-quality fabric that will probably fall apart after the first wash.
What a scam! I will never buy from them again. There are plenty of reviews from clients that had a similar experience on the website. Just google the company's name and you will find it. "

As for the percentage off, the customer support team would offer other choices before offering return instructions, (especially when the items are many or the distance is long), as the return policy states the return shipping is covered by the customer’s end, which would cause some seemingly round-around.
