"Both of the APC SmartUPS units i ordered arrived broken. There were red tags indicated what was wrong with each unit. I thought Valleyseek had send me broken units by mistake and called up to have the situation resolved. On the phone i was advised that they would look into it, then i got an email advising me that the units were under warranty so i should try dealing with APC about getting them fixed. These items were supposed to be new! Tried calling 20 times and could not get through and noone returned the messages i left. I have disputed my credit card - I would be very careful about dealing with them - great prices but this is outrageous.

"I placed a order for the Hoover F8100900 - Platinum Carpet Cleaner and it's been 4 days and the item still has not been shipped yet. Do NOT order from ValleySeek.com they do not reply to any emails or return any phone messages. If you call their "so called" customer support lines you will ALWAYS get a answering machine and NEVER a call back. STAY AWAY!

There is no excuse for not answering any emails or phone calls quickly. Don't believe me that's OK. Before your brave enough to order from them just call the phone number ***-***-**** and see if they answer.

None of these issues were being addressed until I got VISA and Google Checkout (Now Google Wallet) involved. Once I made calls to them thing started getting resolved almost immediately.

OH and they still list the carpet sweeper as being in stock on there website as I type this.

“The order was placed late in the night on Jan 23 at 11:20PM and cancelled on the morning of Jan 26 because it was unexpectedly out of stock due to a miscount in our warehouse.

Your email requesting status was received on Jan 25 at 3:45PM. You were sent an order cancellation email on Jan 26 at 10:27AM and another followup email at 2:55PM

We strive to reply to all email and voicemail within one business day which was the case for your order. We apologize that the item was out of stock. This is a rare occurrence. We are continuing to work to further improve our systems”

"Ordered an Asus Transformer Prime tf201 from Valleyseek because unlike other relatively low priced options Valleyseek seemed to have the tablet in supply. Ordered with 3 day shipping on Friday,expecting my brand new tablet in the mail by Wednesday. Tuesday I get an email from googlewallet telling me that my order had been canceled by Valleyseek. The reason given behind the cancellation was that my billing address had been flagged as "risky" by googlewallet. I found this extememly unlikely because I had ordered items online before with the address, including a supporting keyboard for the tablet immediately after placing the order at Valleyseek (keyboard has since arrived) Emailed google who gave no indication that any such instance had occurred, they claimed Valleyseek had just canceled the order. Valleyseek's customer support was unhelpful. Later I notice that Valleyseek had taken the Asus transformer prime off their product listing. Obviously ValleySeek had mistakenly taken too many order's for the Transformer Prime and was now scrambling to canceled orders, including resorting to falsifying the reason behind the canceled orders. TL;DR It appears Valleyseek lied about the reason they canceled my oder, and I will never shop from them again."

“Google Checkout provides us with risk information regarding each order. Unfortunately, this order did not receive the risk profile that we require in order to process an order. This can be based on many factors such as biling/shipping addresses, size of order etc. We do not have access to your payment information and have to rely on Google's assessment.

We regret that this caused you inconvenience. Please know that in the rare circumstance that an item is out of stock after you place the order, we would just say so. There is no value for us to claim otherwise.”

"Placed an order through ValleySeek (Google Wallet). Received order confirmation from Google. Two days later with no shipment notice I sent an email to ValleySeek and received a response 24 hours later, "Unfortunately, this item is mislisted on our site. We have notified our tech team to correct the issue. We apologize for the late notice and the inconvenience." Why did it take 3 days to determine this?"

"Horrible customer service. My packages were stolen off my front porch and I filed claims with FedEx and they told me to contact ValleySeek. 2 phone calls, 3 customer support emails and 11 days later and no response from ValleySeek whatsoever. I'll never do business with them again. "

"I ordered a product based on the manufacturers statement of compatibility with some existing items that I have. Unfortunately, the manufacturers website has incorrect information so I requested a return from ValleySeek after the manufacturer's tech support told me to return the product to my place of purchase.

I contacted ValleySeek and they responded within two days telling me that I needed to get return authorization for them from the manufacturer. I thought that was strange, but OK. Now that I have the return authorization from the manufacture(which wasn't easy since I am the end user, not the distributor), I can't get anyone at ValleySeek to return my email request for a return to them and of course there is no posted phone number to call them.

I have sent two email requests to ValleySeek for a reply and nothing. I will be dealing with their complete lack of customer service by calling American Express and getting them to give me my money back.

Bottom line is be carefull.

"Ordered 8 SONY Dualshock 3 controllers for the PS3 on January 3rd. Recieved the controllers on January 4th with cheapest shipping opion ($14).

The controllers were in the factory box that SONY sends out their controllers in, with the model number and quantity written on the box. The controllers were about half price and were authentic.

These guys are awesome, will shop here again.

Shipped from NJ to NYC.
