"Worst online experience ever. Ordered a shredder, received a laminator. Emailed on receiving package on 11/28 and told of the problem and asked for a call tag. 12/5 still no call tag. Finally received call tag and shipped back 12/12. They received item on 12/16. Emailed them on 12/27 asking where my refund was and finally received it on 12/30. They told me shredder wasn't available anymore but it was still listed on several websites ordering from them. Terrible customer service! I used to own 2 online websites and I wouldn't put up with any of my staff that treated a customer like this."
