When asked if they would make it by Christmas, they were not able to be delivered either. We needed to then go out and try to source an alternative present very close to christmas. Your timelines were not honoured, and your communication was appalling at best. A very disgruntled customer."

"Order items which were ex-stock on the 4th December. Quoted 2-4 days dispatch on order acknowledgement. On the 15th advised a problem with the order and would not be despatched until the 23rd of December. Great when it was a Xmas present.
Rang the Australian customer support phone number to see if anything could be done to improve delivery of to cancel the order. Was advised they could not assist with either hence would have to make a query via ValueBasket website. Sent many messages and received no response. Only when I posted a negative review on another website did someone from ValueBasket respond to me.
However once I did get some action ValueBasket agreed to cancel the order and expedited the credit note through paypal within 2 days.
So I did manage to get some prompt resolution to my problem but I don't think I will be risking using the company again

"My order was placed on 2/12/15 and was told would be delivered in 8 business days. On the day the item should have arrived I received an email to say there was a "warehouse delay" and my order would be dispatched by 18/12/15 at the latest. Then on 16/12/15 I received an email stating that the item I had ordered was out of stock. Since this was a gift for my son for christmas I spent the day running around getting another product somewhere else. I hope I get a REFUND of the money I paid.I should have been told immediately that the product I wanted was not available, not given false claims about sending the order later. Very disappointing. "I have paid 288 euro for a Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch. After one week they keep changing the delivery date. I will be surprised if I will ever get the item. They dídn't reply on any email. I keep you posted on the progress. For now. Don't bring your money to these guys.
Update, I did receive the watch. Later then expected, but relieved.
