"I was scammed by valuebasked.com. I ordered a phone on 29 OCT 2015 and my order number is 474127-900055. I paid £329.99. They lied about shipping it by getting a fake tracking number from myHermes. I called them and they kept telling me nonsense such as "the courier cannot have access to the delivery area" just to stall time. Their call center is somewhere in Asia and the reps have a very broken English. They asked me for another address where to deliver, but by this time I realized they were just postponing the inevitable when I would ask for my money back. They said they first have to wait for the order to arrive back at their warehouse. How about the refund ? It's been over a month now and they have not refunded me. They are not replying to e-mails about the refund and nobody answers when I call (i.e. put on hold for too long). VALUEBASKET CLEARLY A SCAM. "

Which is never stated, and they never have option to choose the delivery service.

They claim that they are selling the model number T715 but they send me the Chinese version of the product which is T715C (its Chinese Version checkout the photos link) and most of application use Chinese Language (after changing the language from Chinese to English). The version they are selling is not Italian or International Version They are selling Chinese version. I hope all of their products come from Hongkong and China.
Remember if the ValueBasket offer you refund, they apply their return policy (return shipping must carry by buyer and maybe other charges also takes long time).

"I bought my Xperia z5 premium from valuebasket.com. After purchasing it I went off to read several reviews of the website as I had never been there nor heard of it before. It was actually pretty bad. Many consumers had very negative experiences and it had an overall rating of 2.6 out of 5 stars. I was completely stunned after reading people's reviews and comments but nevertheless, I gave it a try. I was sitting in class (I'm a college student) while surfing their website and I was ready to click the place order button. Also after writing on this forum, I updated the apn settings and I go finally got lte. I had the Htc one m9 before and I would get somewhere around 25-32 mbps tops on my home. With this phone however, I'm hitting 70 and above! The only tiny let down is that it doesn't show me the lte signal but instead the regular 4g one. I honestly don't mind though. But yes this is the story of how I purchased the Sony Xperia z5 premium. I'm quite happy I did and would recommend it to all of you. And as for the question someone posted about over heating, I can assure you it does not. I had the m9 and sometimes it would get so hot I couldn't hold it anymore. However this phone is a totally different experience. Sony did an amazing job placing dual copper pipes minimizing heat and I'm telling you it works great. I'm a heavy user and for me this phone hardly even gets warm. The camera is astonishing and mind blowing. I'd say in some conditions it beats the note 5 as well as my brothers s6 edge plus. It's a beast of a phone. Honest opinion. I am actually doing a short review on it. You guys should check it out."

Placing and paying for my order I was notified that the order would take up to four days to fill and that delivery would be between 9 and ten days (working days).
