.es says the product will be sent MOST LATE on 12th february, today is 11th, if tomorrow nothing is changing, I will call the police, the bank and ask a refund, if this nightmare won't be resolved, I will hire a lawyer to help me get through this!!!!!!!!! "I placed my order on 14th Jan and still waiting for it to be dispatched. I have emailed twice and both time had a reply saying sorry and that they cannot provide a delivery date. Delivery time for the items that I bought was 8-10 working day but its almost a month now. I even phoned them but the same response - apologies but we cannot say when we will be able to deliver.
I can understand that sometimes there could be a backlog but waiting a month for delivery is a bit too much.
If I don't receive my order by next week, I think I'll cancel my order.
Update (12/02/2016):
I received an email today saying that my order has been cancelled because I left above review saying that I'll cancel my order. They took it upon themselves to cancel the order and informed me about this. Kept the money for a month just to cancel the order because I complained about long delivery times.
Received another email saying that they don't know when new stock will arrive. I was never told that the items I ordered were out of stock. In fact I was checking order status online very regularly and the most recent status was Awaiting Shipment. If I had knows that the items are out of stock I would have cancelled the order long time ago and order from somewhere else.
I would not recommend anyone to use this website. Any savings you might make are not worth the hassle of dealing with these guys."

You can not contact them by Phone, only by their "support" site. Then you get a mail, but when you reply that, nothing happens.
The good thing is that they read this site and send you emails to give a better review. This is bad publicity

I cancelled order rather than provide t his information. The order was cancelled the day after it was placed. It took 2 phone calls and 3 emails for the cancellation to be acknowledged. They had managed to get my payment though. It then took nearly 2 weeks to get my refund. Bought the camera couple of weeks ago, then realised the delivery mentioned would not fit my planning.
Customer Service were really great and the camera was delivered much faster than expected with a very good tracking.
Re the product, It is robust as desired, take good picture and is simple to use. No Fancy settings or newest feature bot take pictures well.
