"I placed an order for over $4000 worth of camera equipment. I should have checked reviews before placing my order. It's now past the 2-4 day window they give for dispatching and no tracking or anything. After contacting customer service, I got a generic email saying my order has been escalated to expedited shipping, but still hasn't dispatched. I'm not sure why it takes so long to pack a box with stuff and tape it up. I'm hoping this doesn't turn into a nightmare. Hoping I still get my stuff before I leave on my trip next week. I'll keep updating this review as this pans out."

"I have received this request for a review but have not received my goods yet after 15 days. Goods were claimed to be in stock and ship 2-4 days. They are marked as still waiting for pick-up by courier. This item was to get me by whilst I waited for warranty on a similar item. That was sent in September and I am still waiting in December for its return. Good prices don't mean anything if you don't have the goods!

"did not get any confirmation of delivery date when order was made, had to wait weeks to see that it was going to the courier.
in town courier did not leave because no one was home, but then trying to coordinate with courier to pick up was very difficult.
prouduct good and good price time to delivery was slow.

"This is a joke right? I ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 5 on 19/11/2015 - still not dispatched yet. I have contacted customer services numerous times and they cannot even tell me when they will dispatch my order. Now more than 2.5 weeks later, ValueBasket sends me 'Tell us how we did'. Well, pretty bad, and I will never recommend or shop here again.

My order is still in black hole, no where to be found... The customer services keep saying it is escalated to high priority / urgent but still cannot advise me, when or if they can dispatch the item.

Since Monday 29/11/2015 - ValueBasket has advised me, because of pre-Christmas Sales, they are experiencing a backlog... Well... I did order it Mid November, and 2 weeks later, they advise me, it is because of Christmas Sales?

Well, I do not know if they will ever dispatch my order, and I do not know if I will receive my phone. Customer Services are pretty useless but they do reply your inquiries really fast - without any information you need.

This is my 2 cents worth of review and still waiting them to dispatch my order.

"Ordered a Samsung Galaxy s6 edge plus 64gb on black Friday and I got confirmation by email that the item was 'within their lead time.' Prior to that email, of which I sent it to their customer services on Friday the 27th November, I had tried to ring them and I was on hold for 40 mins with no answer. All I wanted to know was that the item was coming within their time schedules of which was confirmed by email. No they have sent me an email to tell me they don't have any in stock and that I can have a refund or choose a more expensive item. Funny that...I bought it at £435 and now that same phone is more expensive. Also the website says they have 4 in stock and 9 in stock of a different colour. Was I offered a different colour for the inconvenience...no! Why? Because they are more expensive now. Royally screwed me over as I will now have to buy outside of black Friday deals. Shocking service and I wouldn't touch this company if you paid me!!! Awful, deceitful and disgusting behaviour. I am reporting them to trading standards today. "
