Nous sommes le 4 octobre et je n'ai toujours pas recu mon remboursement qui devrait se faire sous 14 jours!!! Du grand n'importe quoi!
J'ai essayé de contacter le SAV, la reponse c'est: "Veuillez patienter, votre remboursement va s'effectuer dans les plus brefs delais"
Je ne sais pas ce qu'ils appellent les "brefs delais" mais cela fait presque 1 mois que j'attend mon remboursement!!!

"Appalling sales and service. I ordered Samsung Galaxy 10" tablet 28 days ago from them and am still waiting. All my e mails from customer service promise to deliver at the end of this week or next week. Basically it appears almost to be a scam to hang on to peoples' money for weeks and then maybe refund it eventually...I asked for mine today...I wonder if I will still be waiting in 2 weeks time? "

"I ordered a pair of jaybird blue bud earphones at the start of September as the website said there were 5 in stock in white and 2 in stock in black.. In the first week I kept returning to the website as the status of my order was 'not paid' however my credit card statement said I had paid for it. The website insisted that I had not paid for ithe item but I held my ground as the funds had already came out of my credit card. A week later they finally told me that the item had been paid for. I waited for the earphones to be delivered and three weeks later they still had not shipped the item. I continually checked the website and it kept showing that they had many of the earphones in stock. To make matters worse when I originally purchased the earphones they cost 169, 4 weeks later (and I still had not received the item) the product went on sale to 159. Worst Internet purchase experience I have had. Still don't have my product and don't know if I'll get it. Warn future shoppers to stay clear"

"Awful experience. I ordered an Ipad, but cancelled the order a day later when I was told express delivery was not available. 20 days later I am still waiting for my refund. I just keep getting conflicting emails as a delaying tactic telling me its being processed, or in a queue for processing, or with accounts, or with the payment partner, etc. I have now reported this company to my bank to recover the money. "This would have to be worst Company I have ever encountered. I placed an order for 4 items on 15 August 2013 and to date have not received my order. Their first excuse after ten days of no movement on my order was that they had a backlog of orders but my order would be prioritised, then last week I was advised by them via email that one of the items I ordered was now 'out of stock' & tried to upsell me to a higher priced item at an addional cost. I refused their upsell tactic & instead chose a different model & advised them by email of my decision. It is now over one month since my order was placed & they readily took my money; I have made several phone calls to their contact centre but would probably get a better response from a brick wall, emails are useless as they do not respond
So a general warning to potential customers of this Company and it's Pathetic Customer Service, unless you enjoy being stuffed around SHOP ELSEWHERE

The len was in good condition and well protected with bubble wrap upon delivery."

"No problems setting up account use website, straight forward cart to payment process (used credit card). Order processed within their stated time frame and delivery (via DHL) to my door within 3 working days of despatch! Item package wrapped in a "air bladder/blanket" arrived a little crunched on one corner but no damage to item. Good stuff valuebasket! Will use this site again. "
