"I was in need of a new computer when my first one (a laptop) began to feel its age. Especially when it came to playing a few games. I decided to purchase a desktop computer instead. My first choice was Best Buy as that was the place I got my laptop from. But when I began hunting online for other retailers hoping to get a better deal I came across Cyberpower PC.

Although they had reasonable deals and good reviews I didn't like that some people recieved dented cases and tangled cords that would get jammed in the fans. I had no clue as to how to get inside the case and fix the problem. (I'm not that computer savy), plus I didn't feel right shelling out a lot of money for a banged up case and tangled wires. So I continued my search.

That's when I came across Vigor Gaming. They made it so easy to choose and customize the computer you want, and you get a really good deal on the prices. Customer Service was very helpful, they called to confrim my order. My order was shipped on time and I recieved it on time. I admit that I was shocked at how big the case was (LOL)(First time desktop and gaming computer buyer) lucky for me I had plenty of dresser space. (For those who have never owned a gaming computer,make sure you have plenty of space!)

I admit I did run into a bit of a problem. My headphone jack didn't work (but customer service saidI needed to switch from the back to the front) no problem, right now I'm okwith the jack being in the back since I have headphone extension cords. Then I ran into a overheating problem but that was solved by opening the front case and turning the fans up. (I had monsoon cooling installed) Sorry I can't compare it to liquid cooling because I've never had that but so far so good. I even opened the case and tinkered around a bit inside (No tangled wires) so I felt comfortable checking out where everything is located. I also got a few free games, as well as all the software for the hardware that was installed on my computer.

It also came with a 3 year parts and labor warrenty.

I have to say that if I ever need a new computer I would certainly look to them first and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a customized computer."

" What can I say , great experience all around. I researched for two months on gaming computers and discovered vigor. Great rigs, better prices, and made in the U.S.A..I wanted a dual boot system( Vista and XP)so I could still play some of my favorite older games and the new multi threaded games.I gave Vigor a call, talked to a nice lady, she didn't know what it would cost or if they offered it. Thirty seconds later, she had my answer and price. I ordered my system,and was promised a delivery date of September 10. I received several E-mails advising me of my orders status.My system was shipped on time, and arrived a day early.
The packing was incredible! The system is packed inside a normal thin cardboard box. This is inside another box with styrofoam to hold it in place. This is placed into another box with more styrofaom. Wow! The package took a good hit somewhere in route, a puncture of the outer box, but it didn't make it through to the second line of defense.
Opened it up, hooked it up, booted first time, no problems in three weeks. Both operating systems work like a charm. All software was included, plus a couple of games thrown in.
I have a polywell computer my wife uses, and a Velocity that was my Gaming computer before my Vigor. Both were great systems, no troubles with them, but Vigor's price for comparable systems with those manufactuers was $300-$400 cheaper, and the quality is the same.
Overall, great assembly, outstanding product, fast, efficient customer service. I'll be buying my next computer in 4-5 years from Vigor."

"Placed my order. Received a call within 48 hours confirming everything. Was able to track my order through their website. Received PC 09/27/07, So far, so good. Packing was great. PC packed in a box with styrofoam-like material, then inside another larger box with more packing material. This thing is huge, plenty of room for future upgrades. Can't wait to start gaming!"

"While it took a little longer than expected, this computer is flat amazing. I've gone through a couple Dell's in the last few years, and nothing has ever run this well out of the box. I love not having a ton of preloaded junk on a computer.

Customer Support:
I thought there support when buying the computer was great. I have yet to call them about the computer messing up, and hope not to. I was happy when they called me and advised against the 64bit Vista, and told me that I would be getting a tower upgrade.

Process: While I thought it was a bit long, one day shy of 3 weeks, it was well worth it. It was the Q/C that took the longest, but I still give them a 10/10 in this area.

Computer: Like I said, it's freaking amazing. This computer is well worth the 3k I spent on it.

"Wow, awesome machine right out of the box. Every single piece of hardware was exactly how I ordered it and the staff at Vigor was very friendly to deal with. So far my system has 270 hrs. on it and is running very smoothly. Also, as said before the packaging was outstanding. Despite UPS's best efforts to destroy the box the computer was unharmed. There was literally a boot hole right in the side of the outer box...
The only bad thing about the whole experience was the faceplate for the digital readout is mounted upside down... should be an easy fix when I get around to it. "

"Wow, that's all I can say!!! I ordered on 8/24 and received my PC on 9/14. Just the time frame they gave me. Within 2 hours Daisy called to confirm my order and make certain all components were compatable. I later upgraded my order to an FX-62 and Vista premier and this didn't delay my order one bit.

Upon it arrival, I was amazed at the quality of the packing. It came in a huge box with foam inserts and within that was the PC also packed in a nice box with the Vigor logo on the outside. It was so well packed I can't imagine how a Falcon-Northwest is packed.

I started with a Hornet system and upgraded my CPU to the FX-62, went with an 8800GTX and 4 Gig of Ram. This thing rocks.

The only minor glitch occurred after installing a couple of programs. My DVD drive stopped working. One quick call to Wayne in tech support solved my problem. We just had to uninstall the device and let it reinstall itself upon reboot.

I must admit I was a bit nervous spending $2,400 on a PC that would be shipped from CA to ME, but thus far it's run smoothly and scored a 10666 on 3DMark06 with no tweaking. I can't say enough good things about Vigor Gaming, but the reviews and ratings here don't lie."
