"This company is first class in customer service, 10-out-of-10. They were always johnny-on-the-spot when I had questions, concerns, comments and/or suggestions. The only concern I have with their customer service is that they don’t have live 24/7 support, you have to e-mail them or leave a message after hours. That’s not a huge issue though because the computer seems to be extremely reliable, so 10-out-of-10...
I give them 10-out-of-10 for quality of their product as well. I was very impressed with how well the machine performed and how complete they were with the software setup…
I can only give them a 7-out-of-10 for quality of work on the hardware. They wiring was not what I expected for a computer that cost me nearly $3000. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I expected the wiring to be hidden and custom to a degree. The l.e.d. lights from the side panel were also pulled out from their housings. I don’t see how this could have happened during shipping. When I told them about this, they did send me some free zip-ties and a free game for my trouble. I also was disappointed by the fact that my processor had been damaged during shipping due to a know problem with the CPU cooler and UPS. I will grant that it is not Vigor’s fault that UPS is rough with packages, nor is it their fault that the ASUS cooler tends to pull CPUs out of their sockets if jostled. Having said that, this was a problem that vigor has experienced on more than a few occasions as I understand it and they are ultimately responsible for delivering a working and undamaged product. I think they need to come up with a solution. I gave them a couple ideas that I expected them to ignore but was pleasantly surprised that they seriously considered them all (ship the computer fully assembled except the CPU cooler, place a Styrofoam cut piece around the CPU cooler so it doesn’t move when the package gets jostled, etc.). I was very impressed with their willingness to listen to their customers. To their credit, the immediately shipped me a new processor with I called them about the problem with the damaged CPU. The other reason I give them 7-out-of-10 here was because they failed to deliver the system “right the first time.” Aside from the CPU damage, they used the wrong optical drives, and they used a different power supply than the one I ordered (the power supply they did install was of equal quality, but it made me suspicious and leery). To get a 10-out-of-10 from me, they would need to deliver a perfect product that the customer could look at and say, “That’s exactly what I ordered and it’s in perfect condition.” I think it speaks volumes about their customer service that I received something less than that, but I’m still willing to give them a perfect score overall.
I don’t think the reason for the nit-picky problems I mentioned is dishonesty (some sellers may sell you a high priced product and deliver something a little cheaper to increase their margins): I just think they are very focused on customer service and getting their product to their customers on time (or even ahead of schedule in my case!). A little more attention to detail and these guys would be out of this world! They would probably have to double or triple their staff to handle the demand.
I know I spent a majority of my review commenting on the hiccups, but I can’t express enough how happy I am with this PC. They are a great company. I think they may become the official PC builder of my gaming clan. All said and done, I would recommend Vigor with great confidence."
"I ordered on feb 5th and recived my computer on the 21st.It was shipped from Cai. to Tenn. A little longer than I expected. Worth the wait though. I like the system (a Force Recon sp )Runs vista home basic smoothly for the most part.I wet with the 4 layer 2.3 ghz AMD Phenom 9600 Black Edition processor with duel HD3870 ati vid cards. Vigor had to send me the free game"cal of juarez" thay left out in the origonal shippment. Other tha that i cant complain. System runs everthing ive thrown at it great C.O.D.4 ,SIMS 2, D.O.D. source ,couterstrike source . Vista was installed and workin right out of the box, no cluttered free avertizents or anything like that just a vigor logo screen saver that i like.I did have to enable the crossfire ode for the vidio cards,and the Dynamic Overclocking Technoligy or D.O.T thant was enabled in the bios but not i the ATI tool tray deal. D.O.T. comes with the MSI K9A2 platinum motherboard.The amd spyder platform has and automatic overclocking program as well that was not instaled on the computer.Its called AMD overdrive and it rocks!I did not enable any of the over cocking on it because of the warrinty and the mother boards D.O.T. I did enable but if i where to get into overclocking the AMD overdrive is very nice for a bigginer like me or a pro.OR just to get a good veiw or what your coputer is doing. over all im ver satisfied with the computer and level of detail i the wireing and setup of the Force Recon SP . It looks great Runs like a top notch system should,ad the staff are behind there product 100%.There friendly and quick to help you with teck support And follow up o you via e-mail or phone "

"I ordered a Force Recon NXE system on 1/6/08, and received a call on Monday to confirm the order. I later received an email notifying me that the CPU cooling system was out of stock, and was asked to approve a substitution of a different cooler. My delivery date was pushed back once from 1/18 to 1/22, but I had to call on 1/23 when I hadn’t received a shipping notice. Daisy was on top of it, she gave me a ship date and the rig shipped on 1/24, arrived 1/25. The system was well-packed and made it through the UPS gauntlet just fine. The component manuals and documentation were all there, but the pages in the little notebook with the system information are of limited use, although it is a nice little notebook that I’ll probably use for something else. The floppy disk with the RAID drivers does me little good since my system doesn’t have a floppy drive. How about putting it on a CD? Another note, the handwriting on the floppy label was darn near illegible, it took me a few minutes to decipher it. Not a big deal, but it seemed less than professional.
The system itself: a nice build, with decent attention to cable management and air movement. These Tagan El Diablo cases are beasts; I had to do a little surgery to my computer desk to get it to fit. System booted up fine out of the box, and without the bloatware that big makers put on their machines. Compared to my old P4 system, this thing runs like a scalded dog, no complaints on that count. One minor note, the HDD activity light on the front of the case door was not hooked up, but I can live without it or connect it myself. The noise level from the system is moderate, about the same As my previous Micron system. It seems to be coming mostly from the HD fan, and is not too bad as long as the case door is closed.
Yeah, I’d buy from these guys again.
After reading some of the other reviews, I feel compelled to add that my satisfaction level is more accurately described as 'satisfied,' as opposed to 'very satisfied.' To be very satisfied, the system would have had to get to me on schedule, which it didn't, and little things like the RAID drivers being provided on media I can use, and the HD light connected would have had to be done correctly. The system itself is fine and I'd probably buy from them again, but I think Reseller Ratings ought to provide a ranking between 'somewhat' and 'very' satisfied.

"I am very happy witj my order from vigorgaming. It only took one day to get the parts one day to assemble them and about four day to qc the it was shipped and i recieve it about two weeks after i placed my order. I was able to track my order through out the procces of it begin built and they informed me promply when it was shipped . I would recomend vigor gaming to anyone i talk too about getting a new computer and I will be making future purchaces from them when the time comes that i need another new computer. "I ordered my system 5 days ago and so far the process has been seamless, Their website is easy to navigate and place an order with. A couple of days after my initial purchase I changed my order around and updated a few parts and they were good enough to do it without any issues. Also, they will install the OS and partition the HDD as requested and throw in necessary adapters (I needed a DVI-male to HDMI-female connector to hook up to my HDMI port) I'll write another review once I get the completed system but so far so good.

"I'm VERY pleased with my Vigor Gaming pc. It arrived on the scheduled day, had it up and running in no time. Unit looks GREAT (the Hornet model). In the box with the pc were all the various hardware manuals & driver discs and a nice leather Vigor-branded binder for storing them. They also include extra parts such as mounting brackets, for when you are ready to add new hardware like extra drives. They also thoughtfully included a DVI to VGA adapter, which saved the day since I wasn't able to get a DVI cable before the rig arrived.
Couple small problems at first. The Asus DVD drive was not showing up in Windows, so I opened the side (great design, super easy access) and unplugged/replugged the drive cables. It looked like they were wrapped too tight with those plastic ties, and the disc drive cable was actually getting pulled loose from the mainboard. So I gave it a little more slack, rebooted and everything worked like a charm.
Second minor problem was that for some reason when I tried to activate Windows, it said that my key had exceeded the registration limit. I had to end up doing it over the phone, which worked, just annoying dealing with those computerized service programs.
But other than those minor things, everything about this rig is FANTASTIC. I couldn't be happier. I'm running The Witcher on max resolution and details, and it's smooth as silk, wicked fast. Haven't had a chance to install too much other software yet, but based on that performance I'm sure Adobe products will perform really well.
The system is remarkably quiet, so much so that I can actually keep it upstairs instead of being delegated to the basement lair!
This was WELL worth the couple of weeks wait...do yourself a favor and skip the over-the-counter box store pc's. Go with Vigor and you'll get exactly the specs you want with no bloatware or extra junk you don't need. "

"I bought this as a birthday present to myself. Since end of August I have been using my Vigor PC and it has been breathtaking. The speed is insane. For comparison I used Premier CS3 and encoded a video on this computer as well as my old ASUS PC, it took a third of the time to encode the same video. I have had zero hardware problems and few Vista problems which wouldn't be Vigors fault anyhow. The fans are a tad loud at times but that cannot be helped. The case itself is HEAVY much heavier than any of my dozen older PCs but packs much more. The front USB Ports are grouped together a bit too close for certain USB Memory sticks and other accessories with bulky dimensions, however if one gets a USB Extension cable that should solve this problem. The FireWire port works flawlessly. I didn't bother getting a high-end sound card but the built in one is excellent and works fine. From out of the box everything worked and the overclocking options in the BIOS are excellent. My order included a Temperature monitor in one of the front panels which is a nice addition. For reference my system averages 75-90Degres F depending on how heavily im using my PC and my own room temperature (My room admittedly is hotter than most). Vigors custom cooling systems seemes to work excellently save for the noise that it can generate at times. During the order itself the phone operator was very helpful in making recommendations and saved me money as well as giving me a more powerful system.
Definitely recommend these guys I plan to buy my next laptop and PC from them for sure."

Which I now have. The computer runs great. Looks great. Getting the computer shipped took a couple extra days, but it was to make sure everything work properly and all that jazz. I would prefer to have it take a couple extra days and get something I wanted.
