"same experience as most i am afraid. offers look good until you go through the very long order process where you get page after page of other items which you have to be careful to make sure you have not ordered by mistake. you then find out if you want anything decent in a reasonable time it costs you a lot more than advertised. plus the shipping time is terrible.
quality was poor on my business cards, misaligned and not deep solid colours. then you get pestered all the time with more so called offers. i will never use again, i can print better at home."
"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with vistaprint.
I ordered business cards through their website with the basic matte finish and the cards came out nothing like how the image looked on the web preview. the pixelation was way off and the image came out blurry. to top it off the paper quality feels completely cheap and the edges rip at the slightest touch.
i gave the company the benefit of the doubt and put in ANOTHER order with a simpler image and upgraded the paper quality, and this time the cards came back with the coloring completely off. the silver looks yellow! and the back print quality is blurry and the plain black background has this foggy overlay that makes the color seem like a yellowish-grey.
I made the mistake of trying this company twice and they did terrible work both times.
I'm never ordering anything from this company again."
"I love vistaprint. The invitations i ordered came out just how I wanted. They arrived earlier than expected. The images and text are clear. Their prices are the cheapest out there. I was able to get my order on one of the days they had 50 percent off their invitations."

"For me vistaprints have been fantastic. I ordered 500 business cards, doubled sized with a matte finish. All in all it cost me £26, which is far cheaper than any other similar service.
The print was fantastic and the cards looked brilliant. Unfortunately they were about 2mm out of alignment. So i emailed customer service. Within 30mins i had a email from them asking for an image, attached this and then another email an hour later with a reorder 3 day delivery of the same product.
Essentially i got 500 slightly out of align cards for free.
I then noticed a typeo, (embarrassed face) so i called the 24/7 customer service and explained that i made a typeo and if i could change my order and she was incredibly helpful. Canceled the order and credited my account with £32 (more than my original order). So i emended the order and then ordered 5000 cards. Knowing that if anything was wrong with them they would happily replace the cards for me :).
Since then i have used the free trials to order, a t-shirt, mug, pen, car magnet, postcards and a cap.

"What a terrible experience! I was planning an anniversary party for my parents 40th, and made a banner there, amongst other items. It was BLURRY and had a barcode on it!!
I called to complain about it and ask for a refund. Terrible terrible service. I only got a portion back. I've been repeat business to them before for simple things that were not bad, like business cards (not great quality, when I say not bad I mean they meet minimum expectations for lowest level quality product.) But I'll never use them again. Just awful."

I have order business cards from printrunner and the quality of them it is way better but unfortunately they do not print t-shirts that is why I choose vista print for t-shirt printing , but never again....."
"I used vista print 3 weeks ago to get some postcards. THEY SUCKED, bad quality, slow turnaround and let's not speak about the shipping. LOL. I then did my research before buying again and went for reviews and I used a company called printshopexpress.com. They don't have that "design your own card" service for the same reason you are complaining, quality. Instead, they design everything for you from scratch. Their shipping is no more than 7 days with standard rates and their print turnaround is no more than 7 days as well depending on the product. And best of all... the quality and prices are right. Just my 2cents.

"I agree with all the reviewers. Vistaprint is horrible. I am actually embarrassed to present the business cards they sent to me. The text was slanted and letters uneven. The cards are also smaller than normal and thin. They trick you with special rates but what they don't tell you is that they will sent you crap. "
"My best advice to anyone thinking of using Vista Print would be not to. A 3 year old with a thick crayon could produce better results. My order went wrong from the very beginning. All I wanted was double sided, glossy, cards for which I uploaded the design. What I got was a card glossy on one side only. The card was white (instead of burgundy) with a replica of my business card on it about the size of a postage stamp. Then the fun began! They use a call centre I am assuming is in Asia. As helpful as the staff were they had a very limited grasp of the English language. I was told to scan my "card", email it to their customer support, and it would all be resolved. Having done that a different assistant subsequently told me to repeat the process. I never heard anymore until another assistant asked me to do it again. I declined and claimed a refund from my credit card company. Their slogan is "Make a good impression for less". A total contradiction in terms."
"The ONLY good thing I can say about my 2 experiences with VisatPrint is that they do have excellant templates for a pro photographer.
That being said, They are terrible!!! My first order I paid for 1 of the fast ship selections and was given a tracking# and due date. Tracking number never did work and labels came 2 weeks after delivery due date!
They did replace my shipment but submitting pictures that needed the labels caused allot of problems!
Then I thought I would try them again for a basic address label!! WRONG!!!
It was a 2 item shipment with same tracking# for both items.
Got an order confirmation stating that address labels would ship seperate to other part of order YET both items had same trackg#!!!
Never received address labels and they had to remake and reship!!!
They did credit me $10 and 2nd order was free but 2 out of 2 orders with problems!!!

"Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I ordered wedding invitations from Vistaprint customized in my wedding colors. All items
I ordered were supposed to be matching. I received the blue
invitations with red envelopes. After spending an hour on the
phone to correct this problem, they finally were able to change
design to the blue like I ordered and gave me a credit for shipping costs. So, having to use the credit, I went in a couple days later to order matching RSVP cards with matching envelopes. Figured I better call customer service to make sure that the cards and envelopes would be matching. Only to be told that there was 'NO WAY' to change the design print of the card and matching envelope to blue, they are only set up for pink with red. AND THIS IS CUSTOMIZABLE!!! Who in the world orders wedding invitations in their wedding colors only to have all enclosures a different color. Customer service basically told me to in so many words, I would have to deal with it. Well, lost my temper and told her they were a 'SCAM' company advertising customized invitations that were only customized for the company in the colors that 'THEY' wanted to do them in. FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS BEST!!! I have previously ordered a number of customized items from them was able to change anything on the item to any color guess that doesn't apply to wedding invitations though. She told me that I should have called them to check before. COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF!! Thanks much vistaprint for not a damn thing!!!!!!! Will never order 'ANYTHING' from them again! "

I bought some large sticker labels for bags that I needed for a marketing event. I paid extra to have them expedited to me. They sent them UPS who then delivers it to a post office who is supposed to then deliver to me. But it was delivered to the wrong post office. Despite the fact my address was correct on the order. They delivered it to a post office in Paducah two towns over despite the address saying Benton, KY 42025.
That is not even the bad part. When I called customer service and asked them to contact UPS and correct the problem (b/c I tried and UPS said the sender had to contact them) it was someone in another country. I was nice and explained the problem. He asked me for my address which I told him and it is listed on my order as Benton, KY 42025. He said will we have Benton, KY 42025 - ???? (I don't remember the numbers he said). He said well that is the problem you typed it in wrong. I explained I didn't even know what those extra numbers were and I most certainly did not type them in I listed the traditional 5 digit zip code and you can see that on my order and account. Besides that the city, state and 1st 5 digits were right. He kept insisting it was my fault and when I asked him to contact UPS and have the delivery turned around (b/c he said post office sent it back to them) he refused saying there was a charge for that and Vista Print was not responsible for that b/c the mistake was not theirs.
They are customer service, I called them to try to resolve a problem which was no doing of my own and all the customer service rep would do is tell me its not their fault and even blame me when it was obviously something in their system that added the extended zip code as I don't even know what it is why would I type random numbers in? He told me my only option was to wait for it to be sent back to them in slow mo and then they would reprocess it and send it out again and who knows how long that would take.
This company is a JOKE! I ordered these to go on the bags and many things at my business I would have been ordering many more. Now they can bet I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN and I will spread the word about how awful they are."
