"My service was great except for part of my order was delivered in a Bag that went through a challenging delivery. Part of address label was even damaged. Glad the USPS was abel to figure out where to deliver package. Hoping Vitacost will change delivery bags to the ones other services use in the near future. "

"Ordered 6 jars of Elastin cream. They were open and destroyed when they arrived in Australia. Packaging was useless. Should have been put in box with bubble wrap. $100 down the drain. Will be surprised if I get a refund after reading other reviews."

"They offered free shipping on a certain dollar amount. They also offered a discount on my first order. Nowhere did it say I can't get both on my same order. I wish I had known that before I upped my order to reach the dollar amount to trigger free shipping. After order was placed, I called customer service to fix it. I was told I needed to cancel my order and then reorder. They offered not help. Very disappointing for a new customer. Now I have a trust issue with Vitacost. "
