"Received the box of 3 items, 2 which were liquid. Thankfully they were placed in plastic bags as the The Zum laundry soap cap was not secure and the soap was in the bag and some leaking out into the box. The box smelled wonderful! The Meyers soap container lid was taped and therefore did not come loose in transit. Maybe make that type of extra security standard with all liquid containers. I just took the soap in the bag and added back to the plastic jug of soap. Otherwise, satisfied!"

"I sent you an email the day I received my order. I sent it to you with pictures about flour sent in same box with potato chips and such. How the chips was all smashed except for the hard toffee. The bites were okay too but I didn’t know it until I opened everything. I shouldn’t have to open everything to see if damaged.
I have been ordering from you all for many years. And when I have problems it is almost always because of how the products were shipped. They placed a 3 cornered piece of cardboard around the flour. Lol…
When the box moves on its trip to me in the truck, the weight of the 20 lbs of flour smashes up against the products on the other side. There was nothing in there to protect the lighter products. Someone needs to teach how to pack a box before it is shipped out to customers."

"I don’t know what happened to vitacost. I have been a loyal customer for years and with the few issue I’ve had was always happy with the customer service response.
Recently however, things have changed. My order was never delivered and after reaching out to vitacost to only get no response for over a week, I contacted the courier. They informed me the box was seriously damaged and to contact supplier. Numerous emails and what seems like hours waiting for a chat reply, still nothing.
Once I get this rectified I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.
