"Placed my order, card was charged. No problem, right?24 hours later, I logged in to check the tracking info and my order was gone! Opened a chat session to see what happened and the rp told me that I cancelled the order!! I obviously did no such thing. No help at all through rep.
I had to place another order and then spend 30 minutes on the phone to make sure that order was not cancelled too.
Oh and I have been a Vitacost customer for over 20 years."
