"Ordered from them and the order came in all smashed up and ruined sent in pictures and they said they would send a replacement, they sent email saying they sent it out with a tracking email saying created , after a week still showed usps waiting for item shipping label created , called usps and they said company created label but never sent item and they never sent it out , emailed vitacost and after 3 emails still never got a email back from them , finally after chatting today they said oh they never sent it or it might have been lost and a refund will be sent I want my product not refund"

"I have made several purchases with Vitacost, and I am so glad that I have switched from getting my supplements at Amazon. Even though they don't carry everything, they do have a decent amount of stock and carry good brands.
I appreciate being able to call Customer Service and they have a fare return policy. I am always trying new things and they understand that not everything works for everyone. I have, however, had some issues with some of the reps on the phone - they can be very hard to understand, impatient & snappy. I have gotten frustrated and had to call back several times to get to talk to someone who is easy to understand, nice, and understands my needs. I also appreciate that Vitacost has coupons codes and free shipping - I don't think I would purchase here if they didn't have competitive pricing, good brands, discount offers and codes. I have referred this site to others, but it would be great if they had a referral code in order to receive points for my own purchases - I would definitely refer more people here in the future. "
