"First, they cancelled my order for no apparent reason. I called & was told to wait 72 hours to hear from them. No one ever emailed. I called again, reordered (by which time my discounts were worthless) via agent so I could get the discounts I'd originally been entitled to. After an hour on the phone ... I did get my order with credit, but it was wrong, so had to call again for another 30mins+plus on the phone. This is NOT the first time I've had issues with orders going thru. I'm happy with prices & quality, but they need to do better on order processing. At this point, I don't feel I can relax, knowing that my order is being processed and will soon arrive. I feel the need to constantly check, as I did this time ... fortunately. I got verification of order but did NOT recieve an email notifying me of its cancellation or any reason for it being cancelled."
