"Vitacost needs to stop using Veho if you hope to continue having customers! Those people NEVER FOLLOW DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS! Every time I have to tell them what door at my house to deliver to. They even had me take pictures and send them to them! They ASSURED me -- as they ALWAYS DO -- that "this time" they would deliver to the back door! They delivered to the garage door (and on Monday to the front porch, up a flight of 6 brick steps!), making me have to PAINFULLY walk a lot to little by little retrieve my items! I . . . am . . . sick! I cannot walk very far at all without suffering a great deal of pain! I hate those people! Use UPS or some other MORE RELIABLE SERVICE. OR FORGET ME AS A CUSTOMER! "
