Temperature was 90 degrees outside and was not home for an hour but I all items were extremely hot so not sure if it was lying around in car before being delivered. "

"The lady that answered the phone, could care less about my needs, I told her I was a 1st time caller, and when I asked her what she would recommend for energy, she said " I don't know, what do you want" I said I don't know what you have, she wasn't helpful at all. My friend had given me the phone number to order, and the lady that answered, said why didn't u order online? I tried to explain, I had never heard of them before my friend gave me the number. I think I'll look else wear, next time, i felt like I was bothering her, just to ask a question, she was extremely rude, and a terrible person to be representing the company. "They have comparable pricing on supplements, though I was most surprised to find my favorite cereal for a steal here! Amazon charges an arm & a leg for it, but not Vitacost, which I had no idea sold food. Cereal (and other items I ordered) were shipped and arrived in better condition than when I order from Amazon. I'll probably have to succumb to a membership once I run out of cereal, since I was actually able to afford more than my usual amount than last time, but I do like that VitaCost doesn't require one to make an order. My only critique is I got spammed daily after my order without my consent. It was easy to unsubscribe, but the fact the company did that was a no-no. We're all getting too many unsolicited emails and texts these days, which can especially be overwhelming for those with mental disabilities. Otherwise, they probably have me as a customer for life b/c they sell my favorite cereal. I just hope they don't spam me again if I do another guest order."
